New to Grow
Hi! My name is Kaitlyn! I’m a therapist who works primarily with adolescents and men, helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, relationships, identity, and life transitions. My approach is supportive, practical, and grounded in evidence-based techniques like CBT to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and empowered to grow.
During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals so we can better understand what support would be most helpful. We’ll also talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and begin creating a plan that feels comfortable, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
One of my greatest strengths is building strong rapport and creating a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely heard. I believe trust and connection are essential for meaningful progress in therapy. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical, helping clients feel safe enough to explore challenges while also developing effective tools for growth and change.
I work best with men and boys, ages 12 and older, who are navigating stress, anxiety, identity, relationships, confidence, anger, or major life transitions. I help clients better understand themselves, improve communication, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for everyday challenges. My approach is supportive, direct, and focused on creating lasting change in a space where clients feel understood and respected.
