I combine my clinical experiences with a genuine, compassionate relational style to help you uncover your inner strength and move towards deeper self-awareness, healing, and empowerment. I currently hold licenses as a LPC-s in Virginia and a LPCC in Kentucky. have been working in the mental health field since 2008 and I specialize in helping clients navigate and heal from trauma. I also help and encourage clients to strive to be more connected with and congruent to self: mind, body, and emotions.
The therapeutic relationship is an important one as you are navigating through things. The intake session is a time for us to meet and see if I am the best fit for you and what you are looking for in a therapist. We will go over my areas of experience and the ares I don't work with clients on, so that way you are fully informed before we move forward with working together or not.

I have an extensive background in trauma training and have focused mainly on helping clients through those areas. I am not limited to working only with clients related to trauma. I focus a great deal on treating the whole person, meaning how their mind, body, and emotions work together. Oftentimes, we seek out help when those three parts of ourselves are not working well together and when we want more congruency in those areas.
