You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or patterns that are hard to break, especially when stress, grief, or addiction has started affecting your relationships, emotions, or daily life. Trying to hold it all together on your own can feel exhausting. You don’t have to do this alone. I provide a supportive space where you can better understand what you’re carrying, begin untangling what’s keeping you stuck, and move toward greater clarity, stability, and emotional balance. I work with adults facing anxiety, addiction, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, family conflict, and mood-related concerns. Through online therapy, I help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support healthier patterns and day-to-day functioning. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I create a space where you can feel heard, supported, and challenged in helpful ways while we work toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll build skills, strengthen resilience, and create a clearer path forward. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and discussing the concerns that brought you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current challenges, personal history, strengths, and goals to gain a better understanding of your experiences and what you hope to achieve through treatment. Together, we will begin developing a plan that is tailored to your needs, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns about the therapeutic process.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, combining evidence-based interventions with genuine compassion and understanding. I integrate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve young adults, adults, and older adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, low self-esteem, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I work well with individuals who are seeking greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, improved relationships, and increased confidence in managing life's challenges. My approach is particularly beneficial for clients who are motivated to explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions, teaching practical skills to manage distress and improve daily functioning. Through structured interventions and practice, clients learn healthier coping strategies and develop more balanced ways of thinking.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based approach that helps individuals develop psychological flexibility by accepting difficult thoughts and emotions rather than struggling against them. ACT teaches clients to observe their internal experiences without judgment while identifying personal values that provide meaning and direction. Through acceptance, mindfulness, and values-based action, clients learn to make choices that align with their goals even in the presence of discomfort.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is an evidence-based treatment designed to help individuals recover from trauma and reduce symptoms of PTSD. CPT focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful beliefs and "stuck points" related to the traumatic experience, such as feelings of guilt, shame, or self-blame. Through structured cognitive interventions, clients develop more balanced perspectives and improve their ability to process traumatic memories and emotions.

Compassion Focused

Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) is a therapeutic approach that helps individuals develop self-compassion and reduce excessive self-criticism, shame, and feelings of inadequacy. CFT teaches clients to understand how their emotional regulation systems influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while cultivating a kinder, more supportive relationship with themselves. Through mindfulness, compassion-building exercises, and emotional awareness, clients learn to respond to distress with greater warmth, acceptance, and resilience.
