I am a navy veteran and military spouse. I have had the opportunity of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I apply many approaches to meet the client's needs but first we must accept the situation we are in to move forward. When I use acceptance and commitment approach, I am helping you to acknowledge your challenges or situation so that we can figure out together how to move forward.
