I am a dedicated Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges. I am committed to providing structured, goal-oriented care that promotes emotional wellness, resilience, and long-term growth. I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build insight, regulate emotions, process trauma, and develop practical coping skills. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. With experience in clinical supervision and program oversight, I am passionate about maintaining high standards of care while empowering both my clients and clinical teams to grow with confidence and clarity.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session Our first session is focused on building connection, clarity, and safety. I take time to understand what brings you to therapy, what you would like to see change, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. We will explore your current stressors, emotional patterns, strengths, and goals so I can develop a clear understanding of your needs. I also explain how I work, including the evidence-based approaches I use such as CBT, EMDR-informed strategies, DBT skills, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we will identify initial goals and outline a plan that feels collaborative and realistic. My goal in our first session is for you to feel heard, supported, and confident that you are in a structured space designed for growth and meaningful progress.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a clinician is my ability to balance empathy with structure. I create a space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood, while also providing clear direction, accountability, and practical tools for change. I am able to challenge unhelpful patterns in a way that feels supportive rather than critical, helping clients move from insight to action. This combination of warmth, clinical skill, and leadership allows me to guide both individuals and teams toward meaningful, measurable growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to do the work of growth and self-exploration, even if they feel unsure about where to start. I work best with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, leadership stress, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are high-functioning professionals who carry significant responsibility for others but struggle to prioritize their own emotional well-being. I value working with clients who are open to honest reflection, structured interventions, and accountability. Whether they are seeking to process past trauma, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, or step more confidently into their personal or professional roles, I create a supportive yet direct space that encourages insight, resilience, and lasting change.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I guide clients in recognizing unhelpful thinking patterns, challenging cognitive distortions, and replacing them with more balanced and realistic thoughts. CBT allows me to provide structured, goal-oriented interventions that empower clients with practical coping skills they can apply outside of session. I find it especially effective in addressing anxiety, depression, substance use, and stress-related concerns because it promotes accountability, self-awareness, and measurable progress.
