Hi, I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a San Francisco native, a military veteran, and a lifelong art lover who finally found the courage to answer my truest calling during the whirlwind of 2020. I haven’t looked back since. I am deeply passionate about bridging the gaps in mental health care and destigmatizing therapy—because taking care of your mind should be as normal as taking care of your body. When I’m not in the therapist chair, my life is beautifully full. I’m a homeschooling mom to six incredible girls (yes, six!), married to my childhood sweetheart, and a big fan of making meals from scratch and catching a double feature at the drive-in movie theater. My Approach I bring that same blend of heart, dedication, and real-world chaos into my practice. I take a direct, down-to-earth approach, and I love working with people who are truly ready to show up, connect, and do the work.
