Thank you for taking the first step of courage and making yourself a priority today. Opening yourself up and being vulnerable can be a tremendous step to your healing process. As Brene Brown says, “Vulnerability is not winning or losing, it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.” You are showing up for yourself today! Although the first steps can be overwhelming, I can walk with you and help guide you on the journey of healing and peace. I will always provide a safe space of acceptance and non-judgement for you to share your emotional pain, grow to love and be kind to yourself, and find the peace you deserve to heal. Remember that you are worthy and deserving of being free of the emotional pain you are experiencing. Be kind to yourself. **If you are viewing my profile for your child (3-17 years of age), I provide a calming and accepting space to assist with regulating your child's emotions. If your child is experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD or difficulty focusing due to inattention or hyperactivity, or your child is lacking motivation and seems more irritable and angrier than usual, I can teach your child coping skills and strategies. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, you will experience the intake process where we will review your guidelines and the guidelines of therapy. During the intake process, we will thoroughly identify what your current symptoms are, what your goals are, and at least one coping tool that you can use until the next session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have dedicated the past ten years to helping others feel heard, seen, and heal from their emotional pain, specifically through past trauma, including childhood and adulthood abuse. Because I understand ADHD, Autism, childhood anxiety and depression, I am also able to assist children/adolescents and parents with gaining the tools necessary to succeed in school and in life. I will see you or your child as a person with strength and courage, not as a symptom or number. Because I do approach every person with acceptance and non-judgment, we are able to dig deeper and get closer to healing, peace, and self-acceptance.
