Together, we’ll explore your goals, your current challenges, and what support looks like for you. My priority is helping you feel safe, heard, and grounded from the very beginning.

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a calm, safe space where clients feel seen without judgment. I’m skilled at helping people untangle complex emotions, understand their patterns, and learn how to regulate their nervous system in practical, meaningful ways. My experience working with trauma, anxiety, and depression allows me to support clients with compassion while also guiding them toward real, lasting change.
