My name is Creystal Fagbohun and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Georgia and Florida with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, parenting issues and more. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
During our initial sessions, we'll do a deep dive to address the issues at hand and collaborate together on a plan to help you feel empowered to address them. We will explore your life's history, what brought you to therapy, current triggers, and how we can work together to address the issue at hand to create sustainable goals.
One of my biggest strengths is being able to provide solution focused therapy. During sessions we will create a safe space to determine what it is that is preventing you from living the life of your dreams. When working with clients I believe that setting goals during our sessions helps us get to that point. Together we will take your strengths and apply them to focusing on solutions where you feel empowered and validated.
My area of expertise is assisting others with feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, problems within relationships and family dynamics, grief and loss, life transitions, and more. I have experience providing therapeutic services across the lifespan including young adults, adults, and seniors. Together we will work on creating solutions to life's stressors. I hope that therapy will be a space where we can process and create resolution for sustainable life change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I take the approach of using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Strengths-Based approach. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and decide together the most effective ways for you to make progress. During our sessions, you'll learn how to explore your thoughts, feelings, and leave feeling empowered to make changes towards the lifestyle you want. CBT allows us to re-focus your thoughts and re-frame negative feelings and ideas.
Strength-Based
Utilizing a Strength-Based approach is a great way for us to work as a team to figure out what skills you already possess and how we can utilize your strengths to help cope with outside stressors. I believe we all have strengths we can hone in on and use when situations become difficult.

I love that I can be myself, I am respected. Challenged, and supported every step of the way. If I had to hand pick a therapist all over again it would be Mrs.Fagbohun. Each tool given and home work given has helped me tremendously and I would recommend Her to anyone .
