New to Grow
I’m a therapist who believes meaningful therapy starts with feeling genuinely seen and understood. With over a decade of clinical experience, I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, OCD, life transitions, relationships, and the deeper questions that can leave us feeling stuck. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative, blending clinical expertise with curiosity, intuition, and a genuine belief that people are capable of creating meaningful change.
Our first session is about getting to know you, not just your symptoms or what brought you to therapy, but the person behind them. We’ll talk about what has been happening, what you’ve tried, what you hope will feel different, and what may be keeping you stuck. I’ll ask questions, listen closely, and begin helping you make sense of the patterns underneath the surface. Most importantly, there is no expectation that you have everything figured out. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we’ll determine together where it makes the most sense to begin.
I bring a combination of clinical depth, intuition, warmth, and a genuine belief in the capacity for change. I’m not a therapist who believes everything needs to be analyzed endlessly. I want our work to translate into how you actually feel and function in your everyday life. I integrate evidence-based approaches with trauma-informed and somatic practices, paying attention to both your thoughts and your nervous system. I’m comfortable sitting with complexity, asking the deeper questions, and offering honest feedback when it can help you move forward. My goal is for you to feel safe enough to be yourself, supported enough to explore what hurts, and empowered enough to create something different.
My ideal clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and curious about themselves and the way they move through the world. They may be at a point in life where they want greater clarity, deeper self-understanding, or a stronger sense of alignment with who they are and how they want to live. I especially enjoy working with people who are open to looking beneath the surface, challenging old patterns, and having honest, meaningful conversations. You don’t need to know exactly where to begin. I value meeting you where you are and discovering the path forward together.
Schema Therapy can help clients understand the deeper patterns and beliefs that shape how they see themselves, relate to others, and move through the world. We explore where these patterns developed and how they continue to influence your experiences today. From there, we work toward creating healthier, more flexible ways of responding that feel aligned with who you are now.
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand the different parts of themselves that may hold different emotions, beliefs, or protective roles. We approach these parts with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment, creating space to understand what they need and why they developed. This can help clients feel more integrated, grounded, and connected to their authentic sense of self.
Somatic Therapy can be helpful to clients who want to develop greater awareness of the connection between their emotions, thoughts, and physical experiences. We pay attention to how experiences are held in the body and use grounding, movement, breath, and other body-based practices to support regulation and greater awareness. The goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves and more present in their everyday lives.

We focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I emphasize making these skills practical and applicable to real-life situations, so clients can feel more confident and capable outside of the therapy room.
