Do you find yourself struggling to feel heard, connected, or fully present in your life? I believe everyone deserves a safe space where they can feel understood and be their authentic self. My goal is to meet you where you are, understand what brought you to therapy, and help you work through the challenges you’re facing. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, feeling disconnected from the things you once enjoyed, navigating a loss, or simply feeling like you’ve lost yourself along the way, we’ll work together to help you feel more like yourself again.

I also like to use a hands on approach in my sessions so I have utilized art, music, fitness and play therapy in my sessions as needed based on my client.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so give yourself credit for taking that first step. In each session, I’ll offer empathy, genuine support, and a space where you can feel heard without judgment as we work toward a more fulfilled life.

First session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building the therapeutic relationship. I’ll take the time to listen, ask questions, and understand what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to get from the experience. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and more comfortable with the process. From there, we’ll work together to identify your goals and determine how I can best support you along the way.

Strengths

One of my biggest strengths is creating a comfortable, genuine environment where you can feel at ease being yourself. I have a down-to-earth approach and understand how difficult it can be to open up about the most personal parts of your life. My goal is to meet you with empathy, without judgment, and support you at your own pace. Clients often come to me for support with anxiety and depression, prenatal or postpartum concerns, grief and loss, caregiver burnout, infidelity, processing issues with immigration, parenting and managing feelings of uncertainty in today’s world. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’ll be present with you, listen to what you need, and work alongside you to identify your goals and find a path forward that feels meaningful to you.

Ideal clients

My ideal client is someone who is open to exploring themselves and the experiences that have brought them to therapy. You don’t have to have everything figured out, and you don’t have to know exactly what you need. What matters most is that you’re willing to be present, curious, and open to the process. I believe therapy is a relationship, and the connection we build is an important part of the work. Together, we can create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, exploring what’s underneath the surface, and working toward meaningful change. Whether you’re working through anxiety, relationships, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I welcome clients who are ready to take an active role in their growth. You don’t have to be ready to change everything at once—just willing to take the next step.

Treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I tailor the techniques I use to each client and their individual needs. With CBT, we explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and how they may be impacting the way you’re feeling. Together, we’ll identify thought patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, or other challenges and work toward more balanced and helpful ways of thinking. My goal is not to tell you how you should think or feel, but to help you better understand yourself and develop tools that support the changes you want to make.

Relational

The relationships and experiences we have throughout our lives can shape the way we see ourselves, understand others, and navigate future relationships. Sometimes, the messages we’ve received from the people around us can influence patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating that continue long after those experiences have passed. Using a relational approach, we’ll explore how your past and present relationships may be connected to the challenges you’re experiencing today. Together, we can identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, develop a deeper understanding of where they come from, and work toward creating healthier and more fulfilling ways of connecting with yourself and others. My goal is to help you feel understood while creating a space where you can explore these experiences at your own pace—with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.
