Hi there and welcome to Grow! I have been a school counselor for 19 years and decided 3 years ago to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and expand my reach to the private practice world. I see clients from age 10 through 99 and love to get to know people working through different stages in their lives. I typically see clients struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Trauma and Chronic Illness. i look forward to creating a plan with you to navigate whichever stage of you life you're in.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
