You love God—but your relationships still feel anxious, consuming, and confusing. You overthink texts, feel deeply affected by someone’s mood or distance, and find yourself giving more than you receive. You’ve prayed about it, tried to “have more faith,” and told yourself to just trust God—but the anxiety keeps showing up anyway. If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken—and you’re not lacking faith. You may be stuck in patterns of anxious attachment and codependency that keep you feeling insecure, even when you desire healthy, God-centered relationships. I specialize in working with Christian women who feel caught in these cycles. In our work together, we don’t just talk about your thoughts—we get to the root of why your nervous system feels unsafe in relationships and begin to change those patterns. You’ll learn how to: • Feel emotionally secure without constant reassurance • Stop overanalyzing and fearing abandonment • Set healthy, confident boundaries • Break cycles of chasing or losing yourself in relationships • Develop a deeper, more grounded trust in both yourself and God My approach integrates evidence-based therapy with your faith in a way that is both practical and deeply personal. This isn’t surface-level advice or “just pray more”—it’s real healing work that helps you experience lasting change. I offer private pay sessions for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode in relationships and step into clarity, peace, and emotional stability. If you’re ready to feel secure, grounded, and aligned in your relationships, I’d be honored to work with you.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’re used to handling things on your own or trying to “just have more faith” through anxiety or relationship struggles. In your first session, we’ll focus on understanding what’s been weighing on you most—whether that’s anxiety, relationship stress, overthinking, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. I’ll guide the conversation in a way that helps you feel comfortable, seen, and understood. I specialize in working with Christian women navigating anxious attachment, relationship anxiety, and codependency. This means we’ll begin identifying not just what’s happening on the surface, but the deeper emotional and relational patterns underneath it. During this first session, you can expect: • A supportive, non-judgmental space to share your current struggles • Thoughtful questions that help clarify patterns in your relationships and anxiety • Insight into why these patterns may be happening (not just surface-level coping) • Initial direction on what healing and growth could look like for you My approach integrates evidence-based anxiety therapy with Christian counseling, helping you experience both emotional and spiritual grounding. By the end of the session, most clients walk away with a clearer understanding of themselves, their relationship patterns, and the next steps toward feeling more secure, confident, and at peace. This is not just a space to talk—it’s a space to begin real, lasting change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I specialize in anxiety therapy for Christian women who feel stuck in cycles of anxious attachment, relationship anxiety, and codependency. My approach is different from traditional talk therapy. While feeling heard is important, our work goes beyond simply processing your week—we focus on identifying and changing the deeper patterns that keep you feeling anxious, insecure, or emotionally overwhelmed in relationships. Many of the women I work with: • Overthink communication and fear being “too much” or not enough • Feel highly affected by shifts in relationships • Struggle to trust both themselves and God in uncertain situations • Find themselves repeating the same painful relationship patterns In our work together, I integrate: • Evidence-based approaches for anxiety and attachment (including nervous system regulation and pattern awareness) • Practical tools to reduce overthinking, emotional reactivity, and relationship stress • Christian counseling principles for clients who want to incorporate faith into their healing This means we address both the emotional and spiritual layers of your experience—without oversimplifying either one. The goal is not just temporary relief, but lasting change. Clients often begin to: • Feel more emotionally secure and less reactive in relationships • Stop overanalyzing and seeking constant reassurance • Set healthy, confident boundaries • Develop a more grounded sense of identity and self-trust • Experience a deeper, more stable trust in God If you’re looking for therapy that is intentional, structured, and focused on real transformation—not just short-term coping—you’re in the right place.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with Christian women who are struggling with anxiety, relationship stress, and patterns of anxious attachment or codependency. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally overwhelmed in relationships—they may overthink communication, fear abandonment, or feel deeply affected by shifts in connection. They often describe themselves as self-aware and motivated, yet still stuck in cycles of overgiving, people-pleasing, or losing themselves in relationships. You may be a good fit for my practice if: • You experience relationship anxiety or find yourself constantly overanalyzing interactions • You feel “too much” emotionally or worry about being rejected or left • You have a hard time setting boundaries or trusting your own needs • You keep repeating unhealthy or unfulfilling relationship patterns • You want to integrate your Christian faith into the healing process, but still feel stuck emotionally Many of the women I work with are not new to personal growth—they’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and prayed about their struggles—but are looking for deeper, more lasting change. I am especially well-suited for clients who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and are open to exploring both the emotional and spiritual roots of their anxiety and relationship patterns. If your goal is to feel more secure, grounded, and confident in your relationships—while also strengthening your trust in yourself and in God—my approach is designed to help you get there.

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

We focus on the unchangeable and put our focus on what we CAN change - our thoughts and behaviors. This helps us focus on the things that matter to us and break out of negative feedback loops.

EMDR

Less talking, more brain rewiring! With EMDR, we use emotion freedom techniques to anchor in the present and self-soothe while processing past experiences that have ineffectively shaped our beliefs about ourselves and how we relate to the world around us.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

We focus on emotion regulation, urge surfing, and building distress tolerance so we can break the cycle of self-sabotage.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I'm the professional of change, and you are the professional of you! Together, we collaborate to find a way forward.

She’s amazing! Very encouraging, listens when you need her to, comments at the proper times, asks the right challenging questions at the right time. She has really helped me at times when I needed it and has encouraged me and made me feel like I am “worth it”.

I’ve had the privilege of being supported by one of the best therapists I’ve ever encountered. She’s warm, compassionate, intelligent, and open-minded. From day one, she made me feel truly heard and understood. Sessions with her feel like talking to a lifelong friend safe, comforting, and judgment-free. Her empathy, insight, and genuine care have been a true light in my life. I’m endlessly grateful for her presence and the healing she’s helped me find grateful for her care and her heart ❤️
