Hi, I am Jennifer. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and do not know where to start? Well, you are looking in the right place. Seeking therapy is scary and unknown territory, however I will be with you every step of the way to heal. I am here to help you navigate your feelings and tackle everyday battles. I have experience with working with youth and young adults managing depression, anxiety, and various life stressors. Life is tough, but so are you. I am rooting for you!
During your first session, we will discuss your current symptoms and struggles. I will ask about your interests, hobbies, and anything you feel comfortable sharing with me. I will also discuss your goal with therapy. My overall goal is to get to know you and how I can be of support to you.
I will utilize evidence-based practices to support your healing. I utilize CBT (Cognitive behavioral Therapy), positive reinforcement, strength-based approach, and person-centered approach to support your mental health.
My greatest strength is being empathetic to the needs of my clients. I meet the client where they are, and I enjoy working with clients and seeing their growth.
