I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and enjoy being a guide on your journey to find your spark again. I use a humanistic approach to better understand the whole picture of who you are, where you come from, and the life you want to live. Keeping a warm and healing space, let us talk about all the things and nothings because I will listen. You are heard. You are not alone. Everyone has a story, but not everyone has an audience.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
On our first session, I would like to hear your story. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What are your hobbies? What struggles have you faced or facing currently? I will focus on building rapport with you and connecting to create a healthy relationship.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
Rapport building, our therapeutic relationship, is a must for us to have trust and build a connection. My greatest strength is being present, listening, understanding, and honesty. Using a narrative approach, I learn a lot about you and your strengths to help you continue to shine even when it's dark.

I serve all ages focusing on those who feel lost, are overthinkers, and low self-esteemers with goals of wanting change, to be better, and feeling more confident within themselves.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Throughout session, we will explore and identify what matters to you, focus on values and acceptance of difficult times, and increase confidence to enhance overall mood.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have utilized CBT for over 3 years focusing in reframing and challenging the mindset, increasing awareness of self, and focus on reaching goals.
Strength-Based
I focus on using your strengths to reach treatment goals, increase self-confidence, and enhance mood.
Narrative
I've used Narrative therapy for all my sessions to create a safe space, build and maintain rapport, active listening, and motivational interviewing.
