We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable, with the focus on building rapport and creating a foundation of trust so we can collaborate effectively throughout your treatment.

My greatest strength is my ability to create a calm, non‑judgmental space where clients feel understood and supported. I integrate evidence‑based approaches with a culturally attuned understanding of each client’s unique story, while building meaningful therapeutic relationships that help clients feel safe enough to explore difficult emotions and experiences.
