I'm a licensed psychotherapist practicing in California, with a Masters's degree in counseling psychology. I work with clients across a variety of issues. I counsel individuals, couples, teens, and families from a wide range of cultural, racial, and ethnic groups. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ population. My training and education make me especially qualified to treat depression, anxiety, panic, existential concerns, and attachment wounds. I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities which allows me to specifically help you transform. Whatever it is you are struggling with, my job is to assist you to change your relationship with your pain - and help you become the person you want to become.
My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic - allowing me to address common issues. Some of the areas I have experience focusing on are depression, anxiety, and relational issues. In therapy, we will look to find meaning in our present-day challenges, experiment with new ways of thinking, and seek resolution.
My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based and existential approaches these assist in increasing distress tolerance and emotional regulation skills to help you get back to what matters in your life.
I know that choosing a therapist can be overwhelming- It is important to find the right fit. Together I hope to assist you in living a full, rich meaningful life.
