(she/her)
I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, codependency, narcissistic dynamics, career path, life purpose, women's issues and self-esteem. I take a holistic approach to therapy, I support healing by exploring all aspects of the self—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. I believe therapy is a means of supporting yourself, a safe place to process emotions, a way to gain clarity, a way to feel supported and a way to feel understood. I value honest, open communication and work to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard without judgment.
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss your background and what brings you to therapy. We’ll take things one step at a time, and I’ll be here to walk alongside you and offer guidance throughout the journey.
I left my corporate job in my 20’s as I knew I wanted to pursue something I was passionate about and soul fulfilling. My journey started with my yoga practice; which led into pursuing and exploring many different holistic health modalities that supported my own healing process. I enjoy spiritual practices, sound baths, mindfulness, astrology and constantly learning. A little bit about me… I am married and have two step children; which I feel gives me a strong understanding of blended family experiences to draw upon. I have a great deal of personal experience with long-term romantic relationships, career path changes, finding life purpose, self care practices and difficult family dynamics.

The therapy explores a client’s early relationships and how those experiences may have shaped current patterns of behavior, emotional regulation, self-worth, and interpersonal dynamics. The therapist acts as a secure base—a consistent, empathetic, and trustworthy figure—through which the client can safely explore painful emotions, unmet needs, or relational trauma. This relationship itself can be reparative and corrective. Many clients may come to therapy with unmet emotional needs, feelings of abandonment, or unresolved trauma from childhood. Therapy helps identify and heal these wounds, often by helping clients experience new, healthier relational patterns.
Psychoeducation is a foundational therapeutic modality that involves teaching clients about psychological concepts, mental health conditions, emotional regulation, and coping strategies. It is not just information-giving; it is an interactive process that empowers clients by enhancing self-awareness, insight, and skills for change.
Humanistic therapy is a treatment modality rooted in the belief that every person has the innate capacity for growth, healing, and self-actualization. It emphasizes authenticity, personal meaning, and the therapeutic relationship as central to healing. Rather than focusing on pathology or diagnosing problems, humanistic therapy centers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—in the context of their lived experience.
Gestalt therapy is a humanistic, experiential form of psychotherapy that emphasizes awareness, personal responsibility, and living in the present moment. Gestalt therapy views healing as a process of helping clients become fully aware of their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and bodily sensations in the here and now, so they can integrate disconnected parts of the self and move toward wholeness.
