Hello and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy to adults across California. I work with clients seeking to maximize the quality of their life experience. Some clients may be experiencing anxiety, ADHD, stress, and life transitions, as well as those seeking greater self-understanding and balance. My approach is collaborative, practical, and compassionate. Together we’ll build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create meaningful changes so you can feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with the life you want to live.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so the first session is designed to be a comfortable and supportive space for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what has been bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’ve been facing, and what you hope might feel different in your life moving forward. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, background, and the patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck. This also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share what you’re looking for in therapy, and decide whether working together feels like a good fit. By the end of our first session, we’ll begin identifying your goals and discuss possible next steps for our work together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for the process ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My work is grounded in a strengths-based perspective and informed by positive psychology, which means we focus not only on reducing distress but also on building the skills, mindset, and habits that support long-term well-being. I also take a highly solution-focused approach, helping clients identify practical strategies and actionable steps that can create real progress between sessions. Clients often appreciate that our work together is both supportive and forward-moving. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, tap into your existing strengths, and leave each session with greater clarity and tools you can immediately apply in your daily life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My clients are often thoughtful, driven individuals who are used to functioning at a high level but feel internally overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted. Many are professionals, creatives, or deep thinkers who tend to overanalyze, carry a lot of responsibility, and struggle to slow their minds down. You may be navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, or a major life transition. On the outside things may look “together,” but internally you might feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or difficulty maintaining balance. You may also be someone who wants to better understand your patterns, improve focus and emotional regulation, or create healthier boundaries in work and relationships. The people I work best with are often insightful and motivated to understand themselves more deeply. You may already have some awareness of your patterns but feel unsure how to shift them on your own. In therapy, we create a space to slow down, make sense of what’s been happening beneath the surface, and develop practical ways to move forward with more clarity and balance.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

My work is informed by psychodynamic principles that help clients understand how past experiences, attachment patterns, and early relationships shape their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I use this approach to support deeper insight into recurring patterns, particularly in relationships, self-perception, and emotional responses. In practice, I provide a reflective and collaborative space where clients can explore underlying themes and develop greater self-awareness, which often leads to meaningful and lasting change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I regularly incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, and other challenges. In my practice, I work collaboratively with clients to build practical coping skills, challenge cognitive distortions, and implement behavioral strategies that support their goals. I value CBT’s structured, evidence-based approach and often integrate it with other modalities to provide tools clients can apply in their daily lives.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients develop greater psychological flexibility and move toward meaningful, values-driven lives. ACT supports clients in building mindfulness skills, learning to relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, and reducing avoidance patterns. In my practice, I help clients clarify their values and take small, purposeful steps toward the life they want, even when difficult internal experiences are present.
