I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges using practical, evidence-based approaches. My goal is to help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and feel more confident and in control of their lives.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel nervous—therapy is a process we’ll build together over time. We’ll move at your pace, one step at a time, and I’ll be here to guide you throughout.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are creating a space where clients feel genuinely understood while also providing practical, results-oriented tools. I balance empathy with structure, helping clients not only process their experiences but also learn clear strategies to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and navigate relationships more effectively.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with children, teens, and adults (ages 6–64) who are experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel stuck, overthink, or struggle to manage stress and emotions. I also support clients navigating transitions such as new parenthood, family changes, and shifting roles or identities. My ideal clients are open to learning practical coping skills, gaining insight into their patterns, and building healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating to others. They are looking for a supportive, collaborative space where they can feel understood while working toward greater confidence, balance, and emotional stability.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use CBT to help clients understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, develop coping skills, and practice strategies that reduce anxiety, improve mood, and increase confidence in daily life.

Gestalt

I use Gestalt therapy to help clients build awareness of their present-moment thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through experiential exercises and guided reflection, clients gain insight, process emotions, and develop a stronger, more authentic sense of self.

Motivational Interviewing

I use Motivational Interviewing to support clients in exploring ambivalence and strengthening their motivation for change. Through a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach, I help clients identify their goals, build confidence, and take meaningful steps forward.

Attachment-based

I use an attachment-based approach to help clients understand how early relationships shape their current emotions, behaviors, and connection patterns. Together, we explore attachment styles, build insight into relationship dynamics, and work toward developing a greater sense of safety, trust, and secure connection in both personal and relational experiences.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use DBT to help clients build practical skills for managing intense emotions, reducing stress, and improving relationships. Together, we focus on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and communication skills to help clients feel more balanced and in control.
