New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, with over 5 years of clinical experience supporting clients' mental health. I'm passionate about working with individuals who want to understand themselves on a deeper level, not just manage symptoms but shift the patterns underneath them. I work with adults navigating the emotional challenges that come from ADHD, anxiety, relationship stress, attachment wounds, or trauma. My role is to help you untangle what feels confusing, strengthen your sense of self, and move toward relationships and choices that feel secure and aligned.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session is focused on getting to know you and exploring what you hope to gain from therapy. We will explore the challenges you are facing, your relationship history, and any patterns you’ve noticed in your life. We will also review confidentiality and the therapy process so you know what to expect. This initial meeting may feel a bit more structured than future sessions, but you are always in control of what and how much you share. Together, we will begin to clarify what you want emotionally, relationally, and personally, and we will begin shaping a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to hold up a clear mirror while maintaining warmth and respect. I help clients recognize their blind spots, balancing honest reflection with thoughtful challenge, and supporting them as they explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care, with deeper relational and psychodynamic exploration. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and attuned, creating space for reflection, understanding, and thoughtful change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware yet frustrated that insight alone has not created the shift they want. They are ready to take a deeper look at themselves, build secure attachment, strengthen boundaries, and respond to emotions in ways that feel steadier and more intentional. Often, the nervous system carries echoes of past experiences, showing up in reactions to stress and how we relate to others. I tailor our work to each person’s unique story, moving at a pace that fits you and focusing on the areas that matter most in your life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, or stress. Together, we develop practical strategies to create lasting change and improve daily functioning.
Attachment-based
Attachment based therapy allows me to explore early and current relational patterns that influence emotions and relationships. Together, we work to create secure attachments and healthier ways of relating to others.
Compassion Focused
Through Compassion-Focused Therapy, I support clients in cultivating self-compassion and reducing self-criticism or shame. This approach helps people develop a kind, supportive inner voice and respond to challenges with greater resilience.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
I use EFT to help clients understand the emotions driving their patterns in relationships. This approach strengthens emotional bonds and fosters secure, meaningful connections with partners, family, or themselves.
Trauma Informed Care
I practice with a trauma informed lens, ensuring safety, validation, and understanding for clients who have experienced trauma. My goal is to help clients build trust, resilience, and empowerment in their healing process.
