In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored treatment plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I offer a different approach to therapy that is less abstract and more focused on creating serious changes in the way our minds function. Issues regarding family conflict, sexuality, gender, anger, trauma, and religious or existential questions are my specialty.
I enjoy working with curious people, who are wanting to make substantial changes in their lives.

This therapist I have had for years now and he continues to encourage, support, and empower me throughout my truama and supportive journey while exploring issues and complications that I want to explore without pushing or forcing and instead allowing me to work through my jouney at my own pace. This therapist is my supportive mental health therapist that allows me to show to my appointments without any expectations and allows me to carve my own path.

I’ve been working with Matt for well over a year now. He helped me through a very tough decision to end a relationship that wasn’t going to work well in the long run, and has been helping me navigate the pain of that loss and re-entering the difficult world of dating. He’s very understanding, down to earth, infused humor in our sessions, and asks thought provoking questions that help me determine how to respond to different situations. I absolutely recommend him!
