Greetings! My name is Caine, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I am passionate about helping individuals explore, understand, and process both their past experiences and present challenges. I believe that every person has a unique story, and healing begins when that story is met with empathy, understanding, and support. Drawing on extensive experience across diverse clinical settings, I have worked with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and trauma. I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. In our work together, you will be met with compassion, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe being yourself. My goal is to provide a supportive space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can occur at your own pace. I truly look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward greater well-being and fulfillment.
Your first session is an opportunity to share your story at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will provide a compassionate and supportive space where we can discuss your concerns, explore your strengths, and work together to identify meaningful goals for therapy. I aim to help you feel understood, empowered, and hopeful about the process ahead.
My passion is helping you navigate life's challenges while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. If you've been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the person you want to be, we'll work together to identify what's getting in the way and build the tools needed to move forward. My goal is to support you in creating greater confidence, resilience, and a meaningful life that reflects what matters most to you.

Caine is like a cheerleader in that he keeps up my morale and gives me the idea I can handle the chaos. He makes suggestions without being judgmental. He’s very patient and always finds something new to say about complaints he’s heard before,
