New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides thoughtful, insight-oriented therapy in a supportive and collaborative space. My work is grounded in psychodynamic principles, helping clients understand patterns rooted in past experiences that impact their present relationships, emotions, and sense of self. I tailor treatment to each individual, integrating depth-oriented work with practical tools to support meaningful and lasting change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and collaborative. I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change or understand, and any past experiences with therapy that feel important. We’ll also talk about practical details like goals, boundaries, and how we’ll work together. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, this first meeting is simply a starting point, and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is the balance between depth and practicality. I help clients look beneath surface symptoms to understand the emotional patterns and relational dynamics driving their challenges, while also staying grounded in their present-day goals and lived experiences. Clients often report gaining clarity, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of agency, leading to more authentic relationships and lasting change rather than temporary relief.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I am best positioned to work with adults who are thoughtful, curious, and motivated to better understand themselves and their relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in recurring patterns, navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, or issues related to self-worth and identity. I work especially well with individuals who are open to self-reflection and interested in deeper, insight-oriented work that leads to lasting emotional change, not just symptom relief.
Psychodynamic
I utilize a psychodynamic approach in my clinical practice to help clients explore the underlying emotional patterns, unconscious processes, and relational experiences that shape their current difficulties. This method focuses on understanding how past experiences—particularly early relationships and attachment dynamics—influence present thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses.
