New to Grow
Hello I’m Raianne, a Latina, LA native, with a passion for empowering individuals & families. I’ve supported adolescents & adults across Los Angeles through a wide range of challenges, including trauma, life transitions, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges/interpersonal conflict, grief & family dynamics. My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and a belief that everyone’s story is worth being heard & cared for—no matter how "big/small" it may seem. Those I have worked with gain an ability to explore their story, reclaim their voice, & move toward healing. Many walk away with more clarity, acceptance, & self-trust.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Clients can expect to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. Over time, many people walk away with more clarity, acceptance, self-trust, and practical tools to handle life’s challenges. In our sessions, we’ll create space to slow down, reflect, and get curious about what’s working—and what’s not. My hope is that you leave each session feeling a little more grounded, connected to yourself, and reminded that you’re not alone.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My work is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and a belief that everyone’s story is worth being heard and cared for—no matter how "big or small" it may seem. I’ve lived abroad, I value lifelong learning, and bring an inclusive lens to my practice. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can explore your story, reclaim your voice, and move toward healing.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
My approach to therapy is all about meeting you where you are at. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method—everyone’s story is different, and so is the path to healing. With a collaborative, compassionate, and grounded lens, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe healing looks different for everyone, so our work together is based on your unique needs, goals, and pace. I often draw from trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally sensitive approaches. Whether you're navigating big transitions, past trauma, or feeling stuck, we’ll work together to reflect on your experiences, tap into your strengths, and discover what moving forward like like for you.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have used CBT with clients of all ages. While therapy is not a one size fits all, I have found that building a foundation with CBT in order to bring awareness ones thoughts, actions, and behavior is very helpful.
