About me

Hello and welcome! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist (LMFT) based in California. I received my Masters Degree from Phillips Graduate Institute and have been providing therapeutic services in a variety of settings with multiple populations for over 13 years. With years of experience in the field, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities of human relationships and the impact they have on your overall well-being. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, attachment and family systems theory, to help you navigate through your challenges and achieve the outcomes you desire. In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to explore your concerns, uncover underlying patterns, and develop practical strategies for overcoming obstacles.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, explore the specific challenges you're experiencing, explore the goals you hope to achieve that will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Your well-being and satisfaction are my top priorities, and I am committed to supporting you every step of the way. I am passionate about helping individuals and families thrive. With a client-centered approach, I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges, strengthen your connections, and find the tools you need to create a fulfilling and harmonious life. I believe in creating a non-judgmental and empathetic space where you can openly express your thoughts, emotions, and concerns. I strive to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and confidentiality. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs and goals. Whether you are facing communication issues, conflicts, trust issues, or any other relationship difficulties, I am here to guide you towards positive change and growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals who are active and engaged in therapy sessions, who have a thirst for knowledge and learning. My clients are eager to make changes in their lives, but don't yet have the tools or understanding of how to make their goals a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about the changes in their lives, and enjoy a personable, warm and collaborative approach in their therapy in sessions.
