I have worn a few different hats in my multifaceted career, moving toward a total wellness approach in my work with clients. Outside of work, I am a CrossFit enthusiast, passionate messenger of personal finance education to Richmond, CA youth, music lover, and an animal lover.
During the first session, I'll guide you through an assessment that will help me understand why you are seeking therapy and what you would like to work on. We'll talk about therapeutic techniques, scheduling, and anything else that is on your mind. Please note: When scheduling with me, the appointment slot that you chose encompasses my availability. My therapy practice is small, and is limited to two days a week for now. Please keep that in mind that the appointment time you book will be the day and time for your ongoing sessions.
