I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in California. I have been licensed since 2022. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Cal State University Long Beach. I have 17 years experience in social work. I am a client-centered therapist and focus on my client's strengths. Typically, I have been able to assist clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, family and/or work conflicts, end of life, and chronic illness.
I want to get to know you as a person and so I will ask you to share a bit about yourself, what you are comfortable sharing to start and go into current concerns.
Having a 17 year background in social work, I have worked with several populations, people and groups. My ability to empathize and connect with others is something I am very proud of.
I enjoy working with individuals who are eager to learn and are ready to make changes to improve their overall wellbeing. Helping people manage challenging times in their life and being a source of support for them is my goal.
In session I like to explore a persons thoughts and behaviors and teach problem-solving skills to modify their thoughts and behaviors.
