I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can make sense of what you’re going through and begin to create meaningful change. Using evidence-based approaches, I help clients build healthier coping skills, process difficult experiences, and regain a sense of control, clarity, and confidence—so you can start feeling more like yourself again and move forward with greater ease.

Hi, I’m Hannah. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that being human—with all of its complexity—is something to be understood, not judged. I was raised in Western Kentucky and grew up as one of four adopted children in a transracial family, an experience that deeply shaped how I see the world. It taught me to value different perspectives, honor diverse identities, and approach others with openness and curiosity.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Murray State University and my Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, focusing on children and families. Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, nonprofit settings, and provided individual, family, and group therapy.
More than anything, I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I’ll meet you with empathy and honesty, offering support while gently challenging you toward growth. My goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered as you move through whatever season of life you’re facing.
Hi! I'm a licensed counselor in Florida (LMHC), Texas (LPC-Supervisor), and Utah (LCMHC). With over a decade of experience, my journey in mental health began with a passion for helping individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve their fullest potential.
Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional development. I have specialized training in trauma-informed therapies, which allows me to provide compassionate and effective support to clients who have experienced trauma. Understanding the profound impact trauma can have on an individual's life, I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their experiences and find healing.
In addition to my work with individuals, I have a deep commitment to helping couples strengthen their relationships. I am trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on building strong, healthy relationships. Using this method, I assist couples in navigating and healing from betrayals, enhancing their communication, and fostering a deeper connection. Witnessing couples transform their relationships and rediscover trust and intimacy is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about self-care and mindfulness. I often incorporate these practices into my therapy sessions, empowering clients to develop their own self-care routines. I believe that a holistic approach to mental health, which includes attention to physical, emotional, and mental well-being, is essential for achieving lasting positive change.
Whether working with individuals or couples, my goal is to help my clients build resilience, find balance, and lead fulfilling lives. By providing a supportive and empathetic space, I strive to guide my clients on their journey towards healing and personal growth.
I'm Dr. Ehsan Adib Shabahang, founder of AtReef Therapy PLLC and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. I hold a PhD in Psychology with a concentration in social psychology and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
My practice provides integrative, depth-oriented therapy for couples and individuals, conducted entirely through secure telehealth. I work most often with high-achieving adults and couples who function well professionally but find themselves facing patterns that intelligence, success, or effort alone have not resolved: recurring conflict, emotional distance, perfectionism, burnout, anxiety, and questions about identity, meaning, and direction.
My clinical approach draws on relational and depth psychology, Jungian psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, integrated according to each client's needs rather than applied as a fixed protocol. I am also the developer of Self-Reflective Relationship Therapy (SRRT), a research-informed framework that emphasizes self-reflection, emotional responsibility, and translating insight into real behavioral change.
Therapy with me is not only about understanding why a pattern exists. Insight matters, but it is not the goal on its own. I focus equally on what changes in your communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and decisions once that understanding is in place.
I see couples working through betrayal, disconnection, and recurring cycles of conflict, and I see individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, identity transitions, and the gap between a capable public self and a more uncertain private one. I also bring particular attention to intercultural relationships and cross-cultural identity, informed by my own doctoral research and background working across cultures.
If you are looking for a therapist who will engage directly, take your patterns seriously, and hold you accountable to real change rather than surface-level coping strategies, I would be glad to work with you.

I’m Dr. Jasmine Allen, LCSW-S, a veteran and clinician with over seven years of experience. I genuinely love the work I do and believe there is something powerful about having a space where you can feel understood, work through what’s weighing on you, and begin making changes that feel meaningful in your life. I've always wanted to have those deeper conversations, about what matters most to people. Personal talks are the most important talks we ever have. And most people don't spend that much time talking it through with anyone. This might be the best use of an hour you've got. We'll see what we can come up with.

I help adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and women's mental health with warmth, authenticity, and practical tools. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood while building lasting skills that help you move from simply surviving to living with greater confidence, balance, and purpose.
If you're the one everyone depends on but rarely asks for help yourself, this space was made with you in mind. I balance compassion with honesty, celebrate progress over perfection, and believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and genuinely human - not clinical or intimidating.
My mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive mental health support to individuals. I understand that each person's journey is unique. I offer tailored services to address various emotional and psychological challenges. As an experienced psychologist and licensed counselor, I am committed to helping you navigate life's difficulties, develop coping strategies, and achieve your personal goals. At Mosaic Mental Healing, I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported on your path to mental wellness.
I am a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes you shouldn't have to edit yourself to feel understood. I work best with clients who are thoughtful, self-aware, and maybe a little tired of being told to "just stop overthinking" or "look on the bright side". My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I'm genuinely curious about your story and the experiences that have shaped how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. I integrate mindfulness, narrative, and somatic approaches to help you understand both what's happening in your mind and what your body may be trying to tell you. I especially enjoy working with adults in their 20s and 30s navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, identity, self-worth, and major life transitions. I also have a particular interest in working with LGBTQIA+ clients and creatives. As your therapist, you can expect me to be compassionate and validating while also gently challenging you. I'm not afraid to sit with the uncomfortable stuff, laugh with you when appropriate, or say, "What if we don’t have to figure this out right now?". I want therapy to be a space where you can be honest, curious, and completely yourself.
Hi, I’m Shaleatha Brown, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and U.S. Army veteran. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, emotional regulation, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I understand that life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what to do next. Whether you are facing a difficult transition, struggling with your emotions, working through painful experiences, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and begin moving forward.
My professional and life experiences have taught me the importance of resilience, perseverance, and meeting people where they are. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as yourself without feeling like you have to have everything figured out.
I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Most importantly, I tailor therapy to you. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, develop practical tools, and make changes that support the life you want to create.
I have a special place in my work for people who are tired of always having to be the strong one, the person everyone calls, the person who handles everything, the person who looks fine on the outside but knows there's a lot going on underneath. If that sounds familiar, I want therapy to be one place where you don't have to keep that up. With me, you can talk like yourself. You can laugh, you can cry, you can say "I don't know." We'll start wherever you are and go from there.
Hi, I'm Keia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Virginia and Texas, and founder of Beyond Your Reflection Counseling Services, LLC. I'm glad you found your way here, and I want you to know I'm not here to judge your story, I'm here to help you understand it, work through it, and decide what you want the next part of it to look like. I know people come to therapy for all kinds of reasons. Sometimes you know exactly what's wrong, and sometimes all you know is that something doesn't feel right anymore. Either way, you don't have to come into our first session with everything figured out. I've spent years working in community mental health, crisis intervention, and care management, supporting people through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, and major life changes. I've learned that people don't always need someone telling them what they "should" be doing. They need someone who will really listen, understand what's happening, and help them figure out what comes next.
That's the kind of therapist I am.

Hello! I am Monica Randle, a licensed professional clinical counselor and founder of Mental Wealth Works. Mental Wealth Works provides virtual therapy to individuals residing in California, Georgia, and Texas.
I am a California native having spent some of my childhood, and young adulthood years, in Texas and Georgia. I acknowledge and understand that environment, culture, and experiences shape a person's mindset and behavior.
I have experience working in many treatment settings including inpatient, outpatient, communities and schools. I have had the opportunity to work with children/adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. I also enjoy supporting and advocating for individuals and families managing autism.
As a practitioner of the healing arts, it's understood that healing from within is reflected on the outside. Your desire for healing and change is only as good as the work you put into it. So, let's work!
I know it can feel overwhelming to scroll through profile after profile, hoping to find someone who feels like the right fit. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I don’t believe in trying to squeeze people into neat little boxes. Over nearly 25 years of working with children, teens, adults, and families, I’ve learned that no two stories are alike, and no two people need the same thing.
I believe therapy begins with relationship. I also believe you know your own story best, even if you’re still learning to understand it. That’s why I see my role as a guide who listens, asks good questions, and, when it’s helpful, helps you look at your story from a different perspective. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and work toward a life that better reflects what matters most to you.

Hi. I'm Steve.
Do you ever wonder why, no matter how many different things you've tried, you fall back into old behaviors that hurt you and/or those you love? Do you wonder why your emotions take over and leave you feeling incapable or overwhelmed? Do your emotions get in the way of effectively communicating when it matters the most?
We all face questions like this, and the most fulfilling part of my work is helping people like you find answers to those questions. I don’t have any “one-size-fits-all” solutions, but together we will work to identify what drives your responses and what you can do to make lasting changes. We will work to help you anticipate and prevent issues before they appear, to feel emotional intensity rising and calm it down, and to exit stressful situations before doing or saying something you’ll regret. I don’t believe that our worst moments define us. I DO believe that each of us is capable of overcoming past struggles and finding a new path. I look forward to working with you as you try to find yours.
I work with individuals from diverse backgrounds who are navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, stress, or changes that have affected their overall well-being. This may include anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, self-identity, career transitions, chronic or medical conditions, and other significant life experiences.
As a retired Naval veteran, I bring personal insight into military culture, service-related experiences, and the unique challenges that may accompany transitions to civilian life. My experience spans both medical and mental health settings, including supporting military-affiliated individuals and people living with chronic illness. I strive to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.

My goal is to help people become the best versions of themselves and find satisfaction in their life.

I work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, and grief. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. As a first-generation Latina therapist, I chose this field because I know how meaningful it can be to have someone show up for you when you’re navigating the challenges of growing, finding yourself, and caring for your mental health. I want to be the kind of support I once needed—someone who listens without judgment, creates space for honesty, and meets you where you are. My approach is authentic, empathetic, and focused on helping you create meaningful change while still honoring your unique experiences and background. I’m naturally laid-back and validating, but I’m also a challenger when I see an opportunity to help you grow, reflect, or step outside of what may be holding you back. No matter where you come from or what you’ve been through, you deserve a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you work toward becoming the version of yourself you want to be.
Thank you for taking the first step of courage and making yourself a priority today. Opening yourself up and being vulnerable can be a tremendous step to your healing process. As Brene Brown says, “Vulnerability is not winning or losing, it’s having the courage to show up and be seen when we have no control over the outcome.” You are showing up for yourself today! Although the first steps can be overwhelming, I can walk with you and help guide you on the journey of healing and peace. I will always provide a safe space of acceptance and non-judgement for you to share your emotional pain, grow to love and be kind to yourself, and find the peace you deserve to heal. Remember that you are worthy and deserving of being free of the emotional pain you are experiencing. Be kind to yourself.
**If you are viewing my profile for your child (3-17 years of age), I provide a calming and accepting space to assist with regulating your child's emotions. If your child is experiencing symptoms of anxiety, ADHD or difficulty focusing due to inattention or hyperactivity, or your child is lacking motivation and seems more irritable and angrier than usual, I can teach your child coping skills and strategies.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in California, Texas, and Florida. I graduated from University of Southern California and have been working in mental health for the past 11 years. I enjoy working with people in all phases of their lives to maximize their well-being and potential in their personal and professional lives.
I have specialized training in military culture and concerns and am well-versed in the systems, challenges, and rewards experienced by our active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.
I specialize in heavy life transitions or "tough times". Did you know your insurance will cover therapy sessions for life transitions or adjustments even if you don't have a textbook diagnosis of anxiety or depression? I bring 28 years of experience working in mental health, so you can feel confident you are in capable hands. I want to help you crawl out of the hole you've been in, whether you created it or someone/something else did. I made the switch to a virtual practice in 2015 and never looked back. Therapy should be accessible and affordable for all. Here's what my average client comes to me for...break ups, contemplating divorcing, post partum adjustment, grief due to a death of a loved one, trauma history, work burn-out, can't sleep, can't relax, can't stay organized, can't get along with their family, caregiver fatigue etc. And for clarity here's who I don't work with...anyone less than 18 years-old, couples (although I very occasionally invite a spouse/partner to a session to work on a specific issue) , untreated (as in meds) Bipolar disorder, or heavy drug or alcohol abuse. Thank you for checking out my page and I hope to see you soon! ( instagram is @cypresstxtherapist )
Welcome! My name is Kim, and I’m so glad you’re here. I bring a warm, down-to-earth style to our work together, meeting you where you are and helping you navigate life’s challenges with compassion and hope. My goal is to create a safe and caring space where you feel comfortable to be yourself and move towards the changes you want in your life.

Hello, I’m Ciarys, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California and Texas.
As a therapist, I believe that a kind and supportive, client-focused approach is crucial in helping navigate the many challenges that life can bring. I create a warm, nonjudgmental, safe, and supportive space where we can explore and address the various thoughts, emotions, experiences, etc. that can make everyday life tough. Life can be full of challenges, and sometimes, seeking professional support can be a game-changer. I’m proud to be able to meet my clients where they are at, as we explore what therapy has to offer.
I grew up in Los Angeles, California and am currently residing in Austin, TX. I earned my Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Chicano/a Studies at the University of California Los Angeles in 2012 and my Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at the University of Southern California in 2018. As a Latina woman, I have had the privilege of serving the Spanish-speaking community in addition to serving English-speakers of all different races and backgrounds. In 2023 I opened my private practice, Alta Therapy Center, with the hopes of making mental health more accessible.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and I enjoy helping clients to see progress and make positive change. I strive to empower others to succeed in life and be the best they can be. I love working with a variety of ages and backgrounds to help you to reach your full potential in life and heal from any past issues.
You may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, women's issues, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy during periods of change, loss, self discovery, or emotional distress when the strategies that once worked no longer seem enough. Whether you're struggling with persistent worry, processing difficult experiences, navigating relationship challenges, rebuilding your confidence, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and heal. My goal is to help you gain greater clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, and sense of purpose.
Hey there! Life can feel like a constant push and pull between who you are and who the world expects you to be. Maybe you overthink every conversation, struggle to speak up at work, or feel like you’re never quite enough. It’s exhausting, and you’re not alone.
I’m Betty, a first-generation Latina counselor who gets it. Together, we’ll work through the self-doubt, strengthen your confidence, and help you communicate with clarity and purpose. My approach is real, actionable, and tailored to you—with exercises and strategies designed to create lasting change.
You have the power to own your voice and step into the life you want. Let’s make it happen. 💛
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate the lasting effects of childhood wounds, anxiety, and life's most challenging transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when people feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe enough to be vulnerable.
I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative presence to the therapeutic relationship. My approach blends evidence-based practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and self-compassion frameworks — with a deep respect for each client's cultural background, lived experience, and unique story. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to what they actually need.
Much of my work centers on helping clients understand how early experiences — such as emotional neglect, conditional love, abandonment, and shame — continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships in adulthood. I also have a dedicated focus on men's mental health, providing a space where men can move beyond cultural expectations of silence and strength to reconnect with their emotional lives in meaningful ways.
My background includes working with individuals recovering from addiction and those rebuilding their lives after significant hardship. These experiences have deepened my belief in human resilience and the capacity for growth at any stage of life. In our work together, I aim to help you build self-awareness, develop practical emotional regulation skills, and cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself and others. My goal is not just symptom relief — it is lasting, meaningful change that reflects who you truly are and who you are becoming.

Hello there, I'm Elizabeth
How are you doing? How are you feeling today? Are you finding it difficult to navigate, manage and overcome daily and other life struggles?
I want to start by appreciating you for taking the first step in your healing journey by being here because seeking therapy can be terrifying. It is never too soon or too late to ask for help and constructively work towards your life goals. Over the years, I have worked with individuals struggling with stressful situations, depression, anxiety ADHD, trauma-related issues etc. Let’s work through these challenges together to identify the problem, explore new and alternative ways to make changes and start building healthier habits. To get you there, we will use different evidence-based approaches based on the identified needs and goals.
Hi, I'm Esther.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Daring Way Trained Facilitator. I've been providing counseling to individuals for almost 6 years. Prior to that, I worked in the education sector for almost 10 years, which deeply sparked my interest in pursuing mental health work.
To me, counseling sessions are like writing a story. It is a process that involves brainstorming, creating drafts, and making revisions until your story feels whole and complete. Imagine you are the writer. You have all the pieces of your story within you already. Think of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as those pieces. Sometimes, they don’t make any sense, it’s overwhelming, and you don’t know where to begin. I view my role as someone who is with you to guide you through the process and help organize those very thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with you. During our time together, it is my hope that you develop the skills to ultimately write your story on your own.
Your story may include experiencing cycles of depression, anxiety, grief, past trauma, struggles of worthiness and belonging, the complexities of being a part of an immigrant family, generational trauma, a combination of these things, or perhaps something entirely different. Everyone's mental health journey is different. I’m here to meet you where you are.
I also want to acknowledge how scary it can be when taking a leap of faith into a new therapeutic journey. It takes a lot of courage. More than anything, it’s important to me that you feel safe and the stories you share are handled with utmost care.

I'm Kemi, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes real change starts with feeling truly heard. Since middle school, I've been the person others turn to for encouragement, so becoming a therapist felt less like a career change and more like coming home to it. I bring warmth, honesty, and a steady presence into every session, paired with clinical training in CBT, Internal Family Systems, and culturally responsive care. My goal isn't to hand you a script — it's to help you see your own strength clearly enough to use it.
Hello! I bring 17 years of mental health experience along for your sessions. I have been in private practice since January of 2023. I consider myself a generalist and I'm happy to help you with any need or concern that you might have. Some of the areas where I have the most experience are depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and grief and loss. I have spent the majority of my career working in a University setting and have helped many college-age adults make meaningful changes. I have also worked in behavioral health clinics and have experience working with clients that have been legally referred to therapy. I work with almost all age groups however, I typically do not work with persons under the age of 18. If you are a minor, please have your guardian consult with me before scheduling an intake and I will consider your need and my areas of expertise and help you determine our next steps. I am also no longer able to accommodate couples therapy. If you are seeking a couples therapy session I will be happy to assist you with a referral. At this time, I am unable to assist with FMLA paperwork.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about counseling and helping people find ways of navigating life’s ups and downs. I received my master’s degree from Grand Canyon University, and I have always loved helping people. I help young adults and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and attachment issues overcome their distressing problems and achieve their desired life goals.
My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and centered on creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself—without judgment or pressure to fit into someone else’s idea of how you “should” think, feel, or live. My own experience as a neurodivergent person, along with my personal and professional experience with neurodiversity, has given me a genuine understanding of how differently each person can experience the world and their own mind. I enjoy helping clients understand how their unique brain works, recognize their strengths, and find ways to work with themselves rather than against themselves. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults as they discover who they are, set goals, and navigate life’s challenges, while welcoming clients at every stage of life.

I am a dedicated therapist committed to helping clients navigate life's challenges and achieve personal growth. Through evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), I collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies for overcoming obstacles and reaching their goals. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients can explore their strengths, enhance their well-being, and cultivate positive change in their lives
Hi there, I'm Farah Ali.
I am a licensed clinical social worker, psychotherapist, and dedicated advocate for my clients. My educational foundation is based in psychology and social justice, having earned my master's degree in social work with a dual concentration in community practice and clinical mental health. Driven by a strong commitment to human rights and social justice, I am dedicated to advocating for every individual I work with and the communities I am part of.
My Core Principles as a Therapist:
Focusing on Strengths & Empowerment: Central to our work is helping you to more deeply connect to—and really use—your inherent strengths. This means looking for growth opportunities where some might find roadblocks and accessing both internal and external resources to help you make the changes you want to see in your life.
Working for Comprehensive Wellness: Therapy is a place where we can work toward mental and emotional wellness, learn how to foster positive relationships, and discover a greater sense of balance and ease in your day-to-day life.
Promoting Connection & Authenticity: The relationship we have is vital, which is why I work hard to make sure our relationship is a nurturing space for meaningful growth.
Creating Safety in Being Seen: I strive to make our sessions a place where every emotion is valued, encouraged, and supported—yes, even the “bad” or “undesirable” emotions. This is the space we cultivate together in our work, and space that is here to help you more deeply see yourself, and be seen in your authenticity.
Welcome! I'm glad we found each other,
I am a LCSW-S from Texas, with 8+ years of experience working in the mental health field. I have experience working at state hospitals, inpatient/outpatient facilities & FQHC's collaborating with medical providers for medication management.
I am naturally empathetic, curious, and enjoy helping others. Therapeutically, I draw on Solution-focused & Client Centered Therapy, tailored to each individual client and grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship.
During the counseling process, we will work together using a strengths and integrated perspective focusing on the whole person: mind, body and spirit. I view therapy as a sacred journey in which you and I will work collaboratively to identify what goals you want to achieve through the therapy process. My goal is to empower my clients and encourage growth throughout the counseling process in order to achieve a better quality of life.
I often use humor to connect with my clients. I will provide you with a compassionate, supportive, and non-judgemental safe space in which we can openly talk about whatever brings you to counseling.
Every individual is unique, and so are their life challenges. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting difficulties, or other everyday life stressors, reaching out to get help is the first step to hope and healing.
For over seven years, as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I have provided direct clinical services to adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of issues, such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, low self-esteem, phase of life issues, and grief. I also work with couples who are experiencing conflicts in their relationships. It is not always easy to reach out and ask for help with areas of our lives we feel we need support with. I appreciate you trusting me to be a part of your journey and together we can develop the skills needed to manage the issues and challenges you may be facing.

Hi, my name is Lydia Davis. I am a licensed Independent clinical social worker as well as a licensed clinical social worker in 4 states . I received my masters degree in social work in 2014 and I currently facilitate a women’s DBT group. I am well-versed in Patience with co-occurring Diagnosis. I also have an anger management specialist certificate.
I'm Jessica, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 17 years of experience helping high-achieving women, leaders, and professionals manage anxiety that often goes unseen by the people around them. My clients are usually the ones everyone else relies on: the dependable colleague, the steady parent, the person who always has it handled while privately running on overdrive, rarely permitting themselves to slow down.
I specialize in working with high-performing women and leaders whose anxiety shows up as constant overthinking, perfectionism, difficulty switching off at the end of the day, or an underlying fear of dropping the ball. Sometimes it looks like racing thoughts before a big meeting or presentation. Sometimes it's the tension that follows you home from work and doesn't ease up, even on weekends. And sometimes it's simply the quiet exhaustion of always being "on" for your team, your family, and everyone who counts on you.
Together, we'll work to understand your specific anxiety patterns, what triggers them, how they show up in your body and your thinking, and what's actually maintaining them so we can shift them at the root, rather than just managing symptoms week to week.
My style is warm, direct, and practical. I'm not interested in therapy that circles a problem for months without traction. I want you to leave each session with concrete language and tools you can use immediately, whether that's in a high-stakes meeting, a difficult conversation, or simply trying to fall asleep with a quieter mind. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I bring the same standards I hold for my own life: discipline, clarity, and follow-through into how I show up for my clients.

My life mission/purpose is to help women & men get unstuck, inform them that I SEE them, and help them discover their WHY in life through your story, by building connections, and providing counseling.
My Tag Line: I’m that counselor who you can trust like a best friend. I will be your ally in your growth journey.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. My professional background includes private practice, school-based mental health services, residential treatment, chemical dependency counseling, hospice, and home health. These experiences have strengthened my ability to help clients navigate anxiety, trauma, grief, behavioral concerns, family stress, major life transitions, and other complex challenges.
For the past six years, I have worked in public school settings, primarily supporting students receiving special education services. In this role, I helped children, families, and school teams better understand the “why” behind behavior, develop effective coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create practical supports that can be used at school, at home, and in the community.
I have experience working with clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, OCD, selective mutism, trauma-related concerns, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-harm behaviors, and behavioral challenges. I also understand the stress that parents and caregivers may experience while trying to support a child with emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs.
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I work to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. Together, we identify patterns, build useful coping and communication skills, and develop realistic strategies that support meaningful and lasting change.

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas at Arlington (Go Mavs!) and have been practicing for 2 years. I help adults and teens navigate the challenging terrain of anxiety and depression to discover the best versions of themselves. Together, we'll turn your struggles into strengths, and your dreams into reality.
Do you feel like you've lost your way, your purpose and identity,
or just need to get back on track? Hello! My name is Erie, and I'd love to help you.
Social workers typically have an interesting life story and personal experiences with tragedy that tug at our heartstrings. I am no different. At times, I wonder "how is it that I have survived these mountains and valleys?" Despite personal tragedy, loss, and despair, influential people have served as beacons of hope throughout the years in my life.
Along with my re-creation of self through school, internships, and certifications, I have learned one basic human tenant that would be my guiding light through the most challenging of times: people need people. I realize that this sounds a bit rudimentary, but this is the cornerstone of social work and the secret to my success in beating the statistical odds that accompany a survivor of childhood abuse, drug addiction and alcoholism, military combat trauma, and the loss of a child.
So, the question stands: why am I here and what do I want? I simply want to pay it forward as many have done for me. I would have never expected to be where I am or doing what I'm doing. I personally believe that there is hope and light in the most desperate, dark places and recesses of the human soul. For that reason, I bet on the underdog, society's undeserving, and those with whom all other plans have failed.
I find that my reward and inner satisfaction comes with doing for others when all else has failed and all others have given up. For this reason, I will keep doing for others, because they are worth it.
