Through my journey in the field of counseling, I've come to understand that, no matter what you're carrying when you step into counseling, there's always one steadfast thing you can hold onto: hope. My passion lies in standing with those who are hurting, mending, and who may feel a bit broken, and helping them discover meaning and hope within the unique tapestry of their circumstances.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

As a Christian, I hold firmly to a Biblical worldview that seamlessly integrates with the field of psychology. My primary aim is to provide you with a safe and welcoming space where you can be your authentic self, allowing us to explore the avenues of hope, healing, and meaning together. I am truly excited to be a part of the transformative journey that God is orchestrating in your life, and I'm here to support you every step of the way.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What I hope for you is not just to understand but to wholeheartedly embrace the grace that Christ extends to each one of us. Through this grace, there lies the potential for profound healing and restoration in the physical, mental, spiritual, or emotional aspects of your life. That's why I take a holistic approach to counseling, recognizing the interconnectedness of all these aspects in your well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I have a passion for working with young professionals and young believers who are seeking to make meaning and purpose of their past, their current circumstances, and the future that is in front of them. They often need help getting unstuck, or in problem-solving strategies to achieve short-term or long-term solutions.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

As a Christian, I hold firmly to a Biblical worldview that seamlessly integrates with the field of psychology. My aim in the counseling process is to come alongside you and help you "know what is the hope to which He has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of His power to us who believe, according to his great might." (Eph 1:18-19).

Existential

"It's not what happens to you that matters, but how you react to it that matters." There is purpose in your past and what has happened to you. My aim is to help you see how God is making meaning out of your experiences for your good and His glory.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

We all often get stuck in how we see and view situations and circumstances. My aim in using CBT is to work with you to identify unhelpful beliefs and thought patterns toI'ts bring about change in thinking and behavior.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

My hope in using this treatment is to come alongside you and help develop goals to the problems you may be facing. From long-term, big idea goals to small, baby-step goals that you can accomplish today, my aim is to work with you to identify the steps needed to be taken to accomplish the solution.
