My clinical approaches includes Client-centered therapy techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma focused therapy.
My biggest strengths are listening without judgment, treating people with unconditional positive regard, relationship building and maintenance, and providing support to individuals on their life journey. I teach a variety of coping skills to help manage stressors in all settings. I work hard to meet you where you are & am highly encouraging.
