Hi, I’m Antania! My mission is to provide a true safe space for you to heal—to cry, to laugh, and to reconnect with the authentic self you know you can be. Therapy can feel intimidating, but I’m a human, a soul, here to connect with your soul. I offer EMDR, CBT, polyvagal-informed practices, and soul-centered insight, blended with movement, breath, and reflection. Our first session is an intake where I get to know you and your story. We’ll discuss your history, what brings you to therapy, and your goals, so I can understand how best to support your healing journey.
My greatest strengths lie in holding a safe, authentic space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. I blend evidence-based methods and soul-centered practices, integrating the mind, body, and spirit. I help clients not just work through symptoms, but connect to their inner wisdom, uncover their own strength, and create lasting transformation.
My ideal clients are those who are truly ready for change and committed to their own healing. I’m not a cookie-cutter therapist, and I won’t ‘fix’ you—but I will guide you in discovering your own inner strength and superpowers. These tools can spark insight, awaken shadow work, and open the door to conversations with the parts of you that are often unseen. Through a transpersonal lens, we’ll honor not just your mind and body, but also your soul—connecting with your higher wisdom, reclaiming hidden strengths, and creating space for healing that reaches beyond the surface.
