Hello! I am Monica Randle, a licensed professional clinical counselor and founder of Mental Wealth Works. Mental Wealth Works provides virtual therapy to individuals residing in California, Georgia, and Texas. I am a California native having spent some of my childhood, and young adulthood years, in Texas and Georgia. I acknowledge and understand that environment, culture, and experiences shape a person's mindset and behavior. I have experience working in many treatment settings including inpatient, outpatient, communities and schools. I have had the opportunity to work with children/adolescents, adults, and geriatric populations. I also enjoy supporting and advocating for individuals and families managing autism. As a practitioner of the healing arts, it's understood that healing from within is reflected on the outside. Your desire for healing and change is only as good as the work you put into it. So, let's work!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During the intake session, I will get a snapshot of you and what brings you to therapy. This session will help me tailor a treatment plan for you, to include your therapy goals. A recommended cadence for follow-up sessions will be discussed. *Note* Depending on the type and length of session, the rate is subject to change. Late Cancellations (outside of 24 hour window) and No Shows are subject to fees.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Specialty areas are culture-specific stressors, relationship issues, families managing ASD, adjustment disorder, physical health-mental health overlap, anxiety, depression, caregiver issues, and PMDD/PMS.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

* Individuals seeking a safe space to process emotions, address unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, utilize available resources, and expand their toolkit of coping strategies. * Individuals open to narrate their experiences through exercise and the guidance of their clinician. * Individuals receptive to clinical interventions that will support heart-mind alignment, healing and transformation. * Individuals open to generalize new skills across environments to improve their relationship with self/others and their overall quality of life. * Individuals ready to do the WORK!

After having multiple unsuccessful therapists, I resorted to growtherapy and I am so grateful I did. Monica has truly helped improve my life after going through a very rough time in my life. She is very positive, kind, funny and easy to talk to. I do not feel uncomfortable talking about anything as she is very understanding and is solution oriented. I would recommend Monica as a therapist to absolutely anybody she is wonderful.
