New to Grow
Everyone has a story which impacts their core beliefs about themselves, relationships, life and choices made. I start with your story and want to learn what it has been like to be you in this life. I will help you to identify negative messaging and how those messages impact your life. I will include homework in most sessions to support your ongoing growth.
In our first session, I will listen to what you want to work on and start to get to know you.
I think I am warm and personable. I am someone who will work hard at being your advocate which at times may include giving you feedback that is difficult to hear, and yet important for growth.
Clients who want to grow in self-awareness, insight and character. Clients who would like to understand their life story and it's impact on their core beliefs about themselves, relationships and life choices. Clients who are willing to take responsibility and accountability for their choices in life and learn from their mistakes and struggles; knowing that wisdom comes out of a humble, open and willing heart.

Challenge clients to identify negative messages which impact their core beliefs about themselves, relationships and life.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Learn skills to stabilize when dysregulated and how to manage emotions, so emotions don't manage them.
Reality Therapy
Help client look at the facts of their life, their goals in their life and work on choices to achieve those goals.
