It’s truly an honor to support people through difficult times and be part of their journey toward healing and growth. I’ve supported individuals working through trauma, addiction, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain—often carrying pain they’ve held for a long time. Together, we begin a journey of healing and change, uncovering what’s been holding them back and building a path forward that feels meaningful, empowering, and aligned with who they truly are. My approach is warm and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to help you feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. You're not broken. Even though you feel anxious, or depressed, even distracted, the suffering will end. My goal is to help you find relief. My name is Kirt Baab, LCSW. I have been practicing psychotherapy and counseling since 1983. My practice focuses on using my training and experience to help people get out of the rut where they are stuck. In particular, I engage with people in ways that unlocks their greatest strengths and use those abilities to find relief. Most of us are unaware of how capable we are because we repeat what we know instead of learning something new. You'll find your meetings with me refreshing! I chose this line of work to provide others with the skills they need for walking their life path with their heads held high and love in their hearts. At some point we are all given difficult, transformative opportunities. I would be grateful to assist in honoring life's painful experiences and integrating them as they transform you into something greater. As a yoga teacher, therapist, and spiritual seeker who specializes in working with women I use healing modalities that shift the mind, body, and soul. My care will provide a safe space to cultivate an understanding of the symptoms present and how they fit into your life story. I will introduce tools to initially help you alleviate and integrate symptoms, but I hope they're more than that. My goal is for you to gain lifelong skills that leave you feeling empowered when faced with life's twists and turns. Healing is a difficult but beautiful, eye opening journey. I find stimulating the mind, giving the body a voice, and listening to the soul to be the three most important components of healing. My sessions incorporate techniques for relaxing and relating to the body, talk therapy for stimulating the mind, and practices for getting in touch with the soul.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Doctor of Natural and Bioenergetic Medicine, I have dedicated my career to understanding the profound dialogue between the mind and the body. In my years of clinical practice, I began to see a recurring pattern: traditional psychotherapy is powerful, but it often reaches a ceiling when the body’s "biological battery" is depleted. I realized that to truly help my clients heal from the inside out, I needed to bridge the gap between psychological processing and the body’s subtle energy systems. My approach is built on the premise that your life experiences—your joys, traumas, and daily stressors—do not just live in your memory; they live in your cells and your energetic field. By integrating my clinical LPC background with my doctoral training in bioenergetic medicine, I offer a unique, 360-degree therapeutic experience. We don't just talk about the obstacles in your life; we work to shift the underlying energetic and physiological patterns that keep those obstacles in place. Whether you are navigating the heavy fog of depression, the constant hum of anxiety, or the complexities of unresolved trauma, my practice is informed by a deep understanding of human bioenergetics. This allows us to look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore how your environment, your lifestyle, and your body’s unique energy pathways are impacting your emotional resilience. My mission is to guide you toward "Integrated Health"—a state where your mind is clear, your nervous system is regulated, and your spirit is fully aligned.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, past trauma, and co-occurring substance use, especially those who want to better understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. I’m particularly well-suited for clients who are motivated for change—even if they’re unsure where to begin—and are open to a collaborative, skills-based approach to therapy. In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, such as catastrophizing or all-or-nothing thinking, and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. I incorporate techniques like cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and practical skill-building to support lasting change. I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps clients process traumatic experiences and reduce the emotional distress tied to those memories. This approach has been especially effective in helping clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and substance use challenges achieve meaningful, lasting relief.

Hi, I’m Josh Burke, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy across, Colorado, New York and Vermont. I’ve spent over 12 years working with individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and major life transitions. I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable. Because of that, I place a strong emphasis on building a genuine, trusting relationship from the start—one where you feel supported, understood, and able to be honest about what you’re going through. My approach is both relational and goal-oriented. I primarily use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), which means we won’t just talk about what’s wrong—we’ll also focus on what matters to you and how to move toward it in practical, meaningful ways. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating a significant transition, our work will center on helping you better understand your experience, develop new ways of responding to stress, and take steps toward the life you want to live. I tailor therapy to each person, recognizing that no two paths forward look the same. I believe change is possible—even when things feel difficult—and I aim to walk alongside you in a way that feels collaborative, grounded, and forward-moving.

I’m Dr. Eunice Joo, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals and couples gain deeper clarity about their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. My goal is to help people understand the underlying beliefs and assumptions that often shape their reactions, conflicts, and life decisions. When these patterns become clearer, people are better able to make healthier and more meaningful choices for their lives. As an immigrant myself, I understand the unique cultural challenges that many people experience while living between different cultures and value systems. The process of navigating identity, expectations, and belonging can often create confusion, inner conflict, and emotional stress. In my work, I help clients sort through these experiences so they can develop a clearer sense of identity, regain confidence in their values, and learn how to engage with different cultures without losing their own sense of self. My counseling approach focuses on identifying distorted thinking patterns and emotional triggers that may keep people stuck in cycles of confusion, self-doubt, or relational conflict. By helping clients recognize these patterns, I support them in expanding their psychological perspective and developing practical ways to respond more thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. For clients who value faith, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates biblical wisdom, prayer, and personal faith reflection with sound psychological insight. My goal is to help people experience healing, restore their sense of dignity and purpose, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.

Hi! I am Laura and I provide a compassionate, supportive space for individuals navigating life’s challenges, trauma, or anxiety. I work with clients who want to better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and develop practical strategies for coping and growth. My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s experiences. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore feelings at their own pace. Many of the people I work with feel stuck or uncertain about how past experiences affect their present lives. I help them build insight, self-compassion, and resilience while guiding them toward their personal goals. Hi, I’m Demetria Agharese, and I help people who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves find their way forward. My ideal clients are adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly struggling on the inside. You may be the person everyone depends on while privately battling anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, self-doubt, burnout, relationship difficulties, or the pressure to constantly “hold it all together.” Maybe your mind won’t shut off. You overthink every decision, question your feelings, replay conversations, worry about what might happen, or feel trapped by thoughts you wish you could turn off. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, divorce, major life transition, low self-esteem, or simply wondering, “How did I lose myself?” You don’t have to continue living that way. I offer a warm, genuine, culturally responsive, and judgment-free space where you can put down the weight you’ve been carrying and talk openly about what’s really happening. I don’t believe therapy should feel like sitting across from someone who simply checks boxes on a diagnosis list. I believe you deserve to feel heard, understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral strategies, and mindfulness, I help clients break unhelpful cycles, face fears, manage difficult emotions, build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, and become less controlled by anxiety and uncertainty. Most importantly, therapy with me is collaborative. I’m not here to tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you discover who you are, understand what matters to you, and develop the confidence to live accordingly. If you’re ready to stop simply surviving and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, confident, and meaningful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I am a Colorado and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with: individuals in the midst of grief and other major phase-of-life transitions like divorce, job loss, legal challenges, etc.; teenagers who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; couples and families that are struggling to find common ground; and fractured families prior to, during, and after divorce. Building strong families, even through divorce or custody battles, incarceration, or other prolonged periods of estrangement, is a particular area of focus for me. I offer reintegration therapy services for parents and children who have experienced short- and long-term separation or alienation. I love working with families who want to find a way to function better post-divorce. In addition, I spent a decade working for the Alzheimer's Association, which included counseling individuals and families who were facing a diagnosis of dementia. Prior to venturing into the counseling field, I ran a non-profit that operated a 100-bed homeless shelter, a family transitional housing program, and an eight-unit supportive housing project for Veterans. I have a heart for working with military veterans and their families -- having 22 years of service in the US Air Force myself. I served on Active Duty for 6 years, and after a break in service, completed another 16 years as a Reservist. My spouse served alongside me, with each of us deploying twice. Our son is currently serving as well. Therefore, I have been the deployed service member, the spouse left to manage things back home, and the mom watching her "baby" deploy to far-off places. There is almost no part of military service I do not understand through first-hand experience.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor in the state of Colorado. I received my Master's degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver in 2017. After completing my Master’s Degree, I spent almost six years working with criminal justice involved clients - from substance abuse to domestic violence offenders. While I learned a lot doing that work, and it was extremely fulfilling to service victims and offenders, I decided to pursue working for myself within the private practice setting. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral techniques in my sessions, as well as being trained in Brainspotting for trauma specific treatment. I strongly believe in the connection between physical health and mental health, and do my best to focus on both aspects with the clients I see. Many of the people I support are parents who want to show up with patience and love for their children but find themselves triggered by old wounds or past patterns. My approach is somatic and creative, weaving in body awareness, journaling, expressive arts, nature, and reading books. I grew up in Las Vegas, NV in a big, blended family. During my internship and following graduation, I worked at an inpatient treatment facility for teens dealing with high suicidality, self-harming behaviors, and psychosis. It was during this time that I began to recognize how much work can be done to prevent crises before they strike, rather than trying to figure it all out afterwards. Also, it isn't just big things like suicide that can be prevented-working to decrease stress, anxiety, increase fulfillment..these are worthwhile too. If you feel nervous/weird/awkward/anxious about therapy, that’s normal. All I can say is, you matter. You are an important part of the world. Let’s work together and see if maybe, just maybe, things could get a little better.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing mental health services since 2013. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of New England and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Wyoming. Throughout my career, I've worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, and I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves and their strength. I also work closely with parents to build more structure and consistency in their homes, while supporting their own mental health growth. I started out working in the homes and communities of my clients through an intensive program, working with the families of children who were at risk for out of home placement, such as residential treatment or psychiatric hospitalization. This program was a 6 month therapeutic intervention, helping parents to better understand their children's needs, as well as helping children develop regulatory skills to help them be more successful, in their homes and communities. I provide virtual outpatient therapy to Colorado residents, working with individuals aged 15 and up who are struggling with daily functioning and searching for their true, authentic selves. My approach blends evidence-based methods, tailored to support you through distress and toward healing. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment, and building a path forward together at a pace that feels right for you.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I enjoy working with adults navigating grief, life transitions, aging, and caregiver stress. I understand that seeking support can feel like a big step, and I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. My background in medical social work has given me the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds facing a wide range of life experiences. Over the years, I've learned the value of meeting people where they are, listening deeply to their stories, and recognizing the strengths they already possess. I believe every person's journey is unique, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life's challenges. My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I tailor each session to your individual needs, goals, and experiences while drawing from evidence-based practices. Together, we'll build on your strengths, explore new perspectives, and develop practical tools to help you move forward with greater resilience and confidence. Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, adjusting to the changes that come with aging, caring for someone else, or facing another major life transition, my goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and better equipped to navigate whatever comes next.

Do you find yourself over-apologizing or carrying responsibilities that don't belong to you? Did you grow up in a home where feelings weren't tolerated? If that resonates, you are not alone. I work with adults who grew up in challenging, dysfunctional, or abusive environments and still feel the effects on their relationships and self worth today. We will explore these dynamics and how they have come to shape your life and sense of self. Together, we'll build the insight, confidence, and self trust needed to heal one step at a time. When we work together, you will be welcomed with curiosity, warmth, empathy, and a genuinely nonjudgmental space. You'll be supported in exploring and breaking generational pattens, learning to navigate difficult emotions, and challenging your inner critic. My goal is to help you grow stronger, more resilient, and more empowered along the way. Clients describe me as warm, easy to talk to, and authentic. Therapy with me is a space where can show up fully as you are and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, connected, and your own. Starting this journey can be hard, but you're not alone.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
