New to Grow
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected from yourself? You’re not alone. I help clients navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions with compassion and insight. My goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, understood, and empowered to move forward in your life. My approach is transpersonal, mindfulness-based, and person-centered. I focus on helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom while strengthening the mind-body connection. Together, we explore patterns, emotions, and experiences in a way that feels safe and supportive. I tailor therapy to your unique needs, integrating mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and relational work to support deep and lasting healing.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your story, your current challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very beginning. Together, we’ll begin building a path forward that feels right for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I bring a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental presence to our work together. I listen deeply and meet you where you are, while gently offering insights and reflections to help you grow. Our sessions are collaborative—you won’t feel talked at, but rather supported in exploring your experiences at your own pace. I balance empathy with honest feedback to help you move forward.
