New to Grow
Most of the people I work with look like they have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or under constant pressure internally. They’re capable, driven, and tired of feeling like they’re just getting by. I’m a licensed counselor who helps adults and adolescents slow things down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and build practical tools that lead to real, lasting change.
Our first session is a chance to slow down and get a clear picture of what’s been going on for you. We’ll talk through what brought you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you want to change. You don’t need to have everything figured out. My role is to guide the conversation and help you start making sense of what’s been weighing on you.
My strength is helping people quickly make sense of what they’re experiencing while also giving them practical tools to move forward. I balance being supportive with being honest, so clients feel understood but also challenged in a way that leads to real growth. My background in education, leadership, and counseling allows me to understand pressure, expectations, and how stress shows up in everyday life.
I work with adults and adolescents who appear to have it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or under constant pressure internally. Many of my clients are managing anxiety, past experiences, or life transitions while trying to meet high expectations at work, school, or in relationships. They’re often driven, capable, and tired of feeling like they’re just getting by. In our work together, we focus on understanding what’s underneath the surface while building practical tools that create real, lasting change.
Integrative
I use an integrative approach, meaning I tailor each session to the individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method. My work often draws from cognitive behavioral and solution-focused strategies to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and patterns that keep them stuck, while also creating space to process deeper experiences when needed. The goal is to keep our work practical, supportive, and focused on real progress.
