My approach blends humanistic, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused techniques. Im just looking to get to know you in all areas of your life, your passions, what you do for fun, and what brings you here.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have been told by clients that even in the first few moments- I'm different. That I have a really specific style and vibe to me. I am a human being too, and youll feel that in session. I am really authentic and honest, how can I expect you to be able to do that in session If Im not willing to do the same? I challenge clients when needed, but most of all, help you see all of the progress you have made from the strengths you already have-and how we use those to guide you toward your goals.
