Hi there! My name is Holly. I'm a licensed clinical social worker and therapist in Arizona. I have over 6 years of experience as a therapist, and a decade of experience in the field of social services. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin making changes that help you feel more secure in yourself and your relationships. As your therapist, I'll help you to better understand yourself and the patterns behind your experiences. We’ll explore what triggers rumination, conflict cycles, or emotional shutdown while building practical tools for boundaries, communication, and emotional regulation. My approach blends reflection and insight with strategies that help you create meaningful change in everyday life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about the challenges you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important to address, and what you hope might feel different in your life or relationships. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. Many people come in feeling unsure about how to explain what’s been going on, and we can sort through that together at a pace that feels comfortable. I’ll ask some questions to learn more about your experiences, patterns, and goals, and we’ll start identifying areas where therapy can be most helpful. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we might work together and some initial direction for moving forward. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and a little less alone in what you’ve been navigating.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my strengths as a therapist is helping my clients connect insight with meaningful change. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and self-aware, but still feel stuck in patterns like overthinking, people-pleasing, or repeating the same relationship conflicts. I'll help you slow down, understand where these patterns come from, and begin shifting them in practical ways. I also focus strongly on relationship dynamics. Whether working with individuals or couples, I'll help you better understand communication patterns, attachment styles, and emotional triggers so you can respond to challenges with clarity and confidence. My approach balances reflection with practical tools. Alongside exploring underlying patterns, we'll work on strategies for boundaries, communication, and emotional regulation that you can use in everyday life. The goal is not just insight, but helping you feel more secure in yourself and more connected in your relationships.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are thoughtful, reflective adults who are ready to look more closely at patterns that may be keeping them stuck. Many are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or major life transitions and want support understanding why certain cycles keep repeating. Some find themselves overthinking conversations, worrying about how others perceive them, or feeling responsible for keeping the peace in relationships. Others are working through ongoing conflict with a partner, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or feeling emotionally drained from trying to meet everyone else’s needs. I also work with couples who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, or feel more connected in their relationship. Many of my clients already have insight into their experiences but want help turning that awareness into meaningful change. They are often curious about their patterns and open to learning practical tools that can help them feel more confident, secure, and balanced in their lives and relationships.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or burnout, and work on practical strategies to shift those patterns and build healthier ways of coping.

Psychodynamic

I use Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients explore how past experiences and relationship patterns may influence their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By building insight into these deeper patterns, clients can better understand themselves and create more meaningful and lasting change in their relationships and emotional well-being.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than feeling controlled by them. Together, we focus on building psychological flexibility and identifying values that guide meaningful action, even during stressful or uncertain times.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify their strengths and focus on practical steps toward meaningful change. Rather than staying stuck in problems, we work together to clarify goals and build on what is already working in your life and relationships.

Attachment-based

I use Attachment-Based Therapy to help clients understand how early relationship experiences can shape the way they connect with others today. By exploring these patterns in a supportive environment, clients can develop greater self-awareness, build healthier relationships, and feel more secure in their connections.
