If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like you're carrying the weight of everything on your own, you're not alone. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and begin making changes that help you feel more confident in yourself and your relationships. Together, we'll work to better understand the patterns behind what you're experiencing. We'll explore what fuels overthinking, people-pleasing, conflict, or emotional shutdown while building practical tools for boundaries, communication, and managing difficult emotions. My approach combines insight and self-understanding with practical strategies, so you leave therapy with both a deeper understanding of yourself and tools you can use in everyday life.
The first session is a chance to talk about what's been bringing you to therapy and what you'd like help with. We'll discuss the challenges you've been facing, any questions you have, and what you're hoping will feel different as we work together. You don't need to have the right words or a clear plan before you start. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to begin, and that's completely okay. We'll take things one step at a time and work at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
One of my strengths is helping people make sense of what's been feeling confusing or overwhelming. Together, we'll look beneath the surface to understand why certain situations, emotions, or relationships keep affecting you the way they do. When things make sense, they often start to feel more manageable. I also believe therapy should be more than just talking about problems. I'll gently challenge you when needed, offer new perspectives, and help you practice skills you can use outside of session. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, with something meaningful to reflect on or apply in your everyday life. I want to create a space where you can be honest without worrying about judgment or having all the answers. We'll work together to help you feel more confident navigating life's challenges and more like yourself again.
I work best with adults who often feel like they're carrying a lot on their shoulders. On the outside, you may seem like you have it together, but internally you're dealing with constant overthinking, stress, self-doubt, or the pressure to keep everyone else happy. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They want to better understand themselves, break free from patterns that no longer serve them, and feel more confident setting boundaries, managing emotions, and showing up authentically in their relationships. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you're ready to better understand yourself, make lasting changes, and stop feeling stuck, we'd likely be a good fit.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Together, we identify patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, relationship stress, or burnout, and work on practical strategies to shift those patterns and build healthier ways of coping.
Psychodynamic
I use Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients explore how past experiences and relationship patterns may influence their current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By building insight into these deeper patterns, clients can better understand themselves and create more meaningful and lasting change in their relationships and emotional well-being.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions rather than feeling controlled by them. Together, we focus on building psychological flexibility and identifying values that guide meaningful action, even during stressful or uncertain times.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify their strengths and focus on practical steps toward meaningful change. Rather than staying stuck in problems, we work together to clarify goals and build on what is already working in your life and relationships.
Attachment-based
I use Attachment-Based Therapy to help clients understand how early relationship experiences can shape the way they connect with others today. By exploring these patterns in a supportive environment, clients can develop greater self-awareness, build healthier relationships, and feel more secure in their connections.
