I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, stress, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in helping you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, supported, and truly heard, and I strive to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself while working toward lasting growth.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, and together we’ll begin to explore what support might look like for you moving forward.
