8/27/2026 Update - Openings for 2 new clients. Do you ever feel stuck, disconnected, or just not like yourself anymore? Maybe you keep wondering, “Is this really how life is supposed to feel?” Therapy can be a space where you finally get to breathe, be honest, and feel heard without judgment. Together, we’ll work through what’s weighing on you and help you move toward feeling more in control of your life, confident, and at peace. I support clients with things like anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief, breakups, chronic illness, parenting stress, postpartum challenges, divorce, work stress, financial worries, trauma, and more.
We will take time to explore your history and experiences, focusing on the concerns that brought you to therapy. Together, we'll identify your goals for treatment. After that, each session will be dedicated to making progress toward those goals.
I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help people understand what’s behind their thoughts and feelings and learn healthier ways to cope. My approach is warm, practical, and goal-oriented (with a dose of humor and at times tough love). Now more than ever, people are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed or uncertain about how they are supposed to manage their relationships, careers and their lives.
Individual therapy with me provides a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process life’s challenges, including stress, change, and grief, at your own pace. I am happy to have found Kristy. She definitely from the start was a great fit to my journey. I liked her and just because of who she is I am comfortable opening up and sharing with her about my life and her guidance and advice has really helped me a lot since I started therapy with her.

Her years of experience, and the departments of what she can help with is what drew me in to her profile. I’d always heard that finding the right therapist takes time—that you usually have to meet a few before you feel comfortable or truly understood. I feel really lucky, because this is my first time ever in therapy and I already feel like I found the right match. I didn’t feel judged, and I feel pretty confident with her.
