I’m Melissa Lapides, and my work centers around attachment. If you’re dating or in a relationship, we’re going to look at how your early experiences shaped the way you connect, protect, pursue, withdraw, or repeat the same patterns over and over. Together, we make sense of why you’re experiencing the challenges you’re having — not from a place of blame, but from understanding. I work with both individuals and couples to help them build more harmonious relationships rooted in emotional safety, secure connection, and real love and intimacy. When you understand your attachment style and nervous system, your relationship patterns stop feeling confusing and start feeling workable. I’m warm, direct, and grounded — think compassionate but honest. I’ll hold space for your pain, and I’ll also gently call you forward when you’re ready. I believe most struggles make sense in the context of your story and your nervous system, not because something is “wrong” with you. My goal is to help you feel more regulated, more connected, and more empowered in your relationships and your life. Healing doesn’t have to be dramatic — it can be steady, real, and deeply transformative.

I’m April Quatrine, LPC, and I believe therapy begins with understanding yourself—not fixing yourself. I work primarily with adults navigating ADHD, autism, AuDHD, anxiety, trauma, and the challenges that can come with feeling different, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. With over 10 years of clinical experience, I’ve worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including those navigating serious mental illness and complex trauma. These experiences have shaped my approach to seeing the whole person rather than simply a diagnosis. I also bring lived experience to my work, which has deepened my appreciation for how much courage it can take to understand ourselves, challenge old beliefs, and begin doing things differently. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and neurodiversity-affirming. I use evidence-based approaches while remaining curious about what works for each individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all formula. Together, we’ll explore your patterns, strengths, needs, and goals while developing practical tools you can actually use in your everyday life. I especially enjoy working with adults who have spent years wondering, “Why is this so hard for me?” or feeling as though they need to be someone they’re not. Therapy with me is not about eliminating every difficult emotion or changing who you are. It’s about developing greater self-understanding, self-compassion, and confidence in working with what you’ve got.

Hi! I’m Renee. I’m a clinically licensed social worker, but more importantly, I’m someone who believes that no matter how stuck or heavy things feel right now, you already possess the inner tools to heal. My path to this work was driven by a deep value for human resilience; I’ve always been drawn to the stories we tell ourselves and how, with the right support, we can rewrite them. In our sessions, you won't feel like a case file or a list of symptoms. Clients often tell me after our first meeting that they finally felt heard—not just listened to. I aim to create a space that feels like a deep breath: safe, non-judgmental, and focused entirely on you. While I use trauma-informed and cognitive-based tools, I don't just "apply" them to you. Instead, we work together to uncover your existing strengths and use them as the foundation for your recovery. I view the healing process as a collaborative journey of empowerment. It isn’t about "fixing" what’s broken, but about reclaiming the parts of yourself that may have been lost to life’s challenges. My approach is warm and direct; I’m here to be your guide and your loudest cheerleader as you transform. Outside of the therapy room, I carry these same values of authenticity and connection into my own life, believing that we are all constantly growing. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you discover just how capable of healing you truly are.

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, major life transitions, grief, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and the seasons of life when everything simply feels like a lot. My background is a little different from the traditional therapy path. I’ve worked in schools, community mental health, and crisis intervention settings. I’ve supported veterans, first responders, survivors of trauma and abuse, neurodivergent individuals, parents, professionals, and people facing some of life’s hardest moments. These experiences have taught me how to stay grounded when things feel chaotic and why it’s so important to see the whole person - not simply a diagnosis or list of symptoms. My style is conversational, collaborative, and practical. I’ll give you space to process, but I’m not a therapist who simply nods and asks, “How does that make you feel?” We’ll get curious about patterns, relationships, boundaries, past experiences, and the things that keep showing up in your life. We’ll explore where those patterns came from, how they affect you now, and what you may want to change. I believe insight is only part of the work. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies you can use outside of therapy to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, improve communication, strengthen relationships, establish boundaries, and navigate difficult seasons. You don’t need to know exactly what you need from therapy before you begin. Sometimes it starts with simply recognizing that something isn’t working anymore. My role isn’t to tell you how to live your life - it’s to help you understand yourself more clearly, build skills and confidence, and create meaningful change.

Much of the human experience is shaped by relationships and attachment. Our early attachment experiences influence how we connect, communicate, and relate to others throughout life. When these patterns no longer serve us, they can create distress and disconnection in our relationships. I work with people from all walks of life who want to better understand their attachment patterns, break unhelpful cycles, challenge limiting core beliefs, and improve communication. My goal is to support meaningful change that fosters healthier, more secure, and fulfilling relationships. I am a holistic, person-centered marriage and family therapist with specialized training in attachment theory and relational healing. I support individuals, couples, and families who struggle to feel understood, express emotions, or have their needs met, helping foster safety, connection, and meaningful change. My approach is rooted in the belief that connection is at the heart of healing. When individuals feel seen, heard, and valued, they are better able to access their strengths, build insight, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and with genuine curiosity. I work collaboratively with clients, recognizing them as the experts of their own lives. Together, we identify patterns, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools that support healthier relationships with others and with oneself. I also believe in the resilience and capacity for growth within every person and family. Even in moments of disconnection, pain, or uncertainty, there is opportunity for repair, understanding, and transformation. My role is not to direct, but to guide, to help clients reconnect with their values, deepen their relationships, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

Hi, I’m Christina. As an LCSW with 25 years of experience, I’ve learned two things: human beings are incredibly resilient, and absolutely nobody has it entirely figured out. My approach is a mix of deep compassion, straight-shooting honesty, and a healthy dose of humor—because if we can't laugh at the chaos of life sometimes, what are we even doing? I’ve heard almost everything, I don't shock easily, and I leave the preachy, stuffy therapist vibes at the door. Ultimately, I’m just a human who loves helping other humans untangle the messy, beautiful parts of life without any judgment. Think of me as a guide with a massive toolkit, a finely tuned intuition, and a genuine appreciation for your unique story. I look forward to meeting and working with you!"

Hello, and congratulations on taking this step. Reaching out takes awareness, courage, and a real commitment to change — it requires to invite someone into your struggles. I've spent over 25 years working in behavioral health as a clinician, clinical supervisor, and clinical director. My career has taken me from a faith-based agency in New England to a community behavioral health center in northeastern Arizona, where I eventually led clinical services for 12 years, to providing counseling at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base — an experience that deepened my respect for military members and their families. I now own a private practice in Sahuarita, Arizona. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I also welcome working with military veterans, people of faith, and individuals and families facing serious illness. In the spring of 2025, I was diagnosed with cancer. I have since completed treatment and am now cancer free — and that experience gave me a much deeper appreciation for what it means to face something that reshapes your world. I don't see therapy as simply treating a diagnosis. I see it as working with you as a whole person — your strengths, fears, hopes, values, pain, and goals. I'll listen carefully, but I'll also be active: helping you identify patterns, understand difficult thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and take meaningful steps forward. I won't claim to be the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you and help guide the change process at a pace that feels respectful and manageable. Hi, I’m Ebonie. I’ve been a therapist for 14 years, and my style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and real. My goal is to create a safe, honest space where you can finally resolve the issues that are weighing you down. I don’t just sit back and nod — I’m engaged, I ask meaningful questions, and I help you get to the heart of what’s really going on. Every client is unique, and I adapt my approach to fit your needs. Whether you’re working through anxiety, healing from trauma, facing a life transition, or simply feeling stuck, I’ll bring both practical tools and proven methods to support your growth. Above all, I show up consistently and authentically, and I never take your trust for granted. One approach I use is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). It’s a highly researched therapy that helps people process painful memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming. With gentle tools like eye movements or tapping, your brain can reprocess old experiences in a healthier way. The memory doesn’t disappear, but the emotional weight it carries often does. EMDR has been shown to help with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and more. We always go at your pace, and I’ll walk with you step by step. Book an appointment today.

Welcome! I'm passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness. My desire is to help you know and understand yourself deeply, find healing from the past, and move from a place of "stuckness" to living a rich and meaningful life. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and poor self-image. I have extensive experience treating complex trauma and substance abuse, and as a Certified DBT Therapist, I specialize in treating Borderline Personality Disorder. I'm also a Certified Religious Trauma Specialist. I believe that one of the most underrated experiences is loss, including the end of significant relationships. I can help you navigate the grief, find meaning in the loss, and build hope moving forward. I believe that change best happens when we learn to accept where we are while simultaneously challenging ourselves to do better. My desire is to accept you wholly as you are, without judgement.

Hello, Thank you for reviewing my profile. Briefly; I am Licensed Naturopathic Doctor, a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor I work with adult professional women dealing with anxiety, depression, past unresolved trauma, grief, stress and relationship issues. My philosophy is that we need positive human beings in our lives, to 'see' us and bear witness to our lives. In order for us to be fully human, we need at least one supportive individual who validates the part of us that needs healing. We need meaningful experiences to help us navigate this journey called life. My training as a Naturopathic Doctor affords me a lens to also consider, incorporate and integrate diet & lifestyle practices for your overall well-being. So, if you are tired of being tired, anxious, sad, depressed and you're just going through the motions, feeling stuck in dysfunctional patterns that drain you; AND you are willing to do the work to get well, then you need skilled, compassionate support to help you get unstuck and get your life back on track, so that you can experience purposeful living. As our paths intersect her, I start with the intention that you to "prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers" 3 John 2.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and ongoing life stress. I believe therapy should feel steady and purposeful — a place where you can speak honestly about what’s heavy while also making meaningful progress. My style is calm, grounded, and direct. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we explore both where those patterns began and how they’re affecting your relationships, work, and sense of self today. I integrate EMDR, CBT, and ACT to address the root of distress while also building practical skills for emotional regulation and clearer decision-making. I value depth, but I also value structure — therapy should not feel aimless. I tend to work well with people who hold a lot together for others yet quietly carry internal stress, self-doubt, or unresolved experiences. I believe you don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. When someone is ready to look beneath the surface, not just manage symptoms but understand and shift what’s underneath, that’s where meaningful change begins.

Feeling overwhelmed trying to keep your thoughts, sleep, and day-to-day life on track? A racing mind and exhausted body feed each other—anxiety keeps you up, and sleepless nights make everything harder the next day. Tasks pile up, focus slips, and you start to wonder why you can't keep up like everyone else. It can feel isolating, especially when you look like you have it together on the outside—leaving you to question your abilities, your relationships, even who you are underneath it all. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, ADHD, and insomnia. My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, but it's always shaped around you—who you are, what matters to you, and everything that's brought you to this point. I care about understanding what's really driving your patterns, not just easing the symptoms, so the changes we make together are ones that stick. I am a Certified Clinical Provider for ADHD, with specialized training in the assessment and treatment of ADHD and executive functioning challenges. In addition, I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), allowing me to provide specialized treatment for individuals struggling with chronic insomnia and sleep-related concerns.

Hi, I’m Lynnette Piña, the owner of Creative Waves Therapy and a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating (and honestly, even figuring out where to start can feel like a lot), so my goal is to make that first step feel a little less overwhelming. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self, no judgment, no need to have the “perfect” words, and no pretending that everything is fine when it isn’t. Sometimes life can feel heavy, and it can be difficult to know how to move forward. Whether you’re carrying painful experiences, navigating relationships, or trying to understand yourself in a deeper way, you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you begin your healing journey.

Hi, my name is Vienna Aslanian, and I have been practicing as a licensed therapist since the beginning of 2017. I chose to become a therapist after practicing in the field of social work with children and families. Witnessing the trauma and the way that trauma impacted those individual lives caused me to develop an interest in and concern for individuals struggling with PTSD and childhood trauma. Seeing the intergenerational struggles and hearing people's personal stories on the matter made me interested in the field of therapy. I have always enjoyed listening to people's stories and making a genuine connection with someone. I believe in the healing power of therapy and the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in the importance of active listening and supportive guidance. I believe in the importance of empathy and nonjudgment; I value making you feel cared about and understood. I hold myself to high expectations regarding reliability and consistency in order to provide the best support and care possible. As a Christian and a counselor, I believe everyone deserves grace and mercy, that every person has inherent value and every person deserves a life filled with joy and peace. I created Manifold Grace Christian Counseling because of the richness and diverse nature of God’s grace which manifests itself in various forms and expressions. Humility, integrity, compassion, kindness and courage are a few biblical principles that I adhere to in my professional and personal life. Working within the addiction/recovery community for the last 5 years, I have discovered that each person strives to be the best version of themselves. Adhering to a person-centered holistic approach, I engage with clients utilizing MI, DBT, CBT, EMDR and a trauma-informed approach to promote healing. I discovered that ‘Time, Patience and Effort’ is a key formula to lasting change, personal growth, building new foundations, self-discovery and awareness. If you are interested in learning more (about yourself) in a safe and nonjudgemental environment, please reach out. Today is the first day of the rest of your life, what will you do different?

Hi, I'm Lucas, and I'm really glad you're here. I have 8 years of experience in addiction and mental health, including directing an Intensive Outpatient Program. In 2023, I graduated from Arizona State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work, and I am now a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I primarily work with clients experiencing anxiety, addiction, depression, and ADHD. I'm passionate and engaged; I bring real energy to every session, yes, even through a screen, and I practice what I teach because mental health is something we all work at. I draw on CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practices, biofeedback tools, behavior-change strategies, and research-backed habits that make a real difference in daily life. I work hard to break through the virtual barrier so it feels like we're genuinely in the same space, working together as a team. Expect me to be direct, and don't be surprised if I send you home with "homework." Growth happens in the everyday moments, not just the hour we spend together. I’m Janet Worley, LMFT and founder of Worley Wellness Counseling. I work with couples and individuals navigating relationship stress, communication struggles, emotional disconnection, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with care deeply about their relationships but feel stuck in painful patterns that leave them feeling hurt, misunderstood, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and empowered enough to create meaningful change. Rather than offering judgment or one-size-fits-all advice, I strive to create a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and challenged toward growth. A large part of my work focuses on helping people understand the deeper patterns underneath conflict and distress. Whether you find yourself caught in recurring arguments, struggling to communicate, feeling emotionally disconnected, or carrying wounds that continue to impact your relationships, therapy can help bring clarity and create new ways of relating. I use an integrative approach that blends attachment-focused work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method interventions, DBT-informed skills, and practical problem-solving strategies. This allows us to explore not only what is happening, but why it is happening and how to begin changing it. My goal is to help couples and individuals move beyond conflict, disconnection, and unhealthy patterns toward greater understanding, emotional safety, stronger communication, and more fulfilling relationships—with others and with themselves. I believe healing and change are possible, and you do not have to figure it all out alone.

We do not need to struggle any longer against our old conditioned patterns... we must only recognize them for what they are. Hello! My name Is Natalie Knight and I am an LCSW who is passionate about utilizing the strength of the therapeutic alliance as a support to enter into an exploration of what is beckoning for our attention at any given moment. I believe once we learn how to meet our emotions that we can clear ourselves of old past traumas or new ones. I have been doing this work for the past eight years professionally. I use a person-centered approach in my counseling practice which emphasizes that the client is the best authority for his/her own life and that the answers to his/her questions are inside of them. I serve as a mirror to reflect to the client the inherent wisdom that we uncover during our therapy sessions. I also rely strongly on EMDR as a modality to help client with the root of their trauma. This process has been quite effective for me in my search for understanding and I hope to be able to share it with others who feel called to this type of work with me as well.

If you can read this, you made the first step. Congratulations. Seeking therapy is hard. Most people delay and tell themselves that whatever they are experiencing must be the way life is. Chances are if you have reached the point to begin exploring therapy, counseling can help make your life better. While therapy is often hard, it can be an enjoyable and uplifting experience as well. I believe that you cannot laugh without a combination of insight and relief. You can expect some humor in most sessions. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. In that time I have worked with men, women, teens, and families on a wide variety of issues. Sometimes that work simply involved helping them through a particular incident or life change that overwhelmed them. Other times our work together centered around longstanding issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction. In addition to traditional cognitive behavioral therapy, I also offer a fourth-wave therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I have found this technique to be highly effective in helping people with trauma and or anxiety. Our minds and bodies are connected. Anyone who has experienced a tight neck and shoulders or an upset stomach when they were stressed knows this. EFT uses acupressure (done by the client) and cognitive interventions to provide fast and effective relief. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am ready to help you through the challenges you are facing. In addition to counseling, I also provide vocational testing, coaching, and consulting. I provide both Christian and secular counseling depending on the needs of my clients. For clients with high level confidentiality concerns due to corporate or clearance issues, there are ways we can do EFT without you ever speaking out loud about events.

When looking for online therapy, you can see anyone that is credentialed in Arizona. We want you to find the best fit, therefore, Grow Therapy shows available therapists across Arizona from Tucson to Mesa! If you’d rather see someone in-person, you can change the filter from virtual and find a therapist near you in Arizona.

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
