My name is Connie Owens, I am passionate about helping women overcome trauma and Narcissistic abuse. My approach is Holistic. We will address the 4 interdependent parts of self; 1. Mind, 2. Body, 3. Soul, and 4. Spirit. I believe that we are each uniquely different and to heal all of you we will need to treat all of you. Together we will develop a plan to look at every aspect of your life to see how it contributes to causing you emotional pain, and then focus on a solution to help you overcome the emotional pain, for good.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Having worked with trauma victims for the past 15+ years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with women who are trying to overcome Narcissistic abuse. My clients are eager to improve but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about making decisions, suffer from low self-esteem and self-worth, and have core wounds that were created during childhood by people who were meant to provide love, protection, and guidance towards being a healthy individual.

Connie creates a supportive space where I feel comfortable sharing. She helps me focus on my own needs and priorities, and guides me in identifying meaningful steps to improve my situation. I truly appreciate her thoughtful ideas and the way she encourages small, manageable changes that enhance my quality of life.

This is my first session but already I feel like I can tell her everything and she will help me find a solution for it. She listened, jumped in when she needed to with questions that helped me process what I was going through and even helped me continue talking (I can get really awkward and quiet). She actually gives you something. Tools, homework, things that you can do for yourself to get to the other side.
