About me

My name is Renee and I am a clinically licensed social worker with a diverse background in assisting individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness. My therapeutic approach is strength-based and person-centered in order to put the individual at the center of their treatment. I utilize cognitive based and trauma informed therapeutic interventions. I believe that each individual is capable of becoming empowered to heal and transform, and I enjoy being a guide on that journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

n our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked practicing cognitive behavioral therapy for depression, anxiety, adjustment, substance abuse, among others, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals motivated, open and willing to engage in the therapeutic process. I believe all of us have unique strengths that we can apply to overcome challenges and obstacles in our lives.

I can’t even begin to tell you how I feel after my first session with Renee. I have never been more excited to have my next therapy appointment with somebody in my entire life so thank you so much Renee for taking the time on a Saturday morning to talk to me and your determination and helping me. I’m literally so excited that I am submitting this right after my therapy session because it was that freeing.
