New to Grow
Hello, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals across a wide range of mental health and life challenges. I work with clients navigating stress, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
During your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, background, and goals to better understand how I can support you. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported as we begin working together.
I take a collaborative and supportive approach, working alongside clients to help them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I focus on creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges while learning practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
I am best positioned to serve individuals across the lifespan who are experiencing mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges, including those navigating trauma, life transitions, grief, and stress-related concerns. I work effectively with clients who may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or ambivalent about change and are seeking support in developing coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and achieving greater stability and well-being.
