Welcome! I'm passionate about helping others find healing and wholeness. My desire is to help you know and understand yourself deeply, find healing from the past, and move from a place of "stuckness" to living a rich and meaningful life. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and poor self-image. I have extensive experience treating complex trauma and substance abuse, and as a Certified DBT Therapist, I specialize in treating Borderline Personality Disorder. I'm also a Certified Religious Trauma Specialist. I believe that one of the most underrated experiences is loss, including the end of significant relationships. I can help you navigate the grief, find meaning in the loss, and build hope moving forward. I believe that change best happens when we learn to accept where we are while simultaneously challenging ourselves to do better. My desire is to accept you wholly as you are, without judgement.
From our first session, I will aim to put you at ease as I explore what really matters to you through guiding questions. It will feel more like a conversation and less like an interrogation, and my hope is that by the end you will leave with hope for what our work can look like together.

I will actively provide you with thoughtful reflections, wise perspective, and direct yet compassionate feedback fueled by what is in your best interest. Values-driven care- I will never impose my values or beliefs on you and will instead seek to understand you deeply so that I can align myself with your goals for your life.
Clients often come to me confused, lost, and unsure of why their life is so unfulfilling. "I know what I need to do but I can't do it!" is what I often hear. I love meeting people where they are at with genuine curiosity so we can explore together what is missing from your life, what needs to change, and what tools will get you where you want to be. I'm here to radically support you as you seek to be the most authentic, truest version of yourself. I will create an environment where you can breathe and let go of the weight you are carrying, drop the protective armor, and deeply examine and reflect on what is underneath. Together we can challenge old, unhealthy beliefs that have been holding you back and carefully replace them with healthier ways of relating to yourself and to others.
