Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Illinois. I received my master’s degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and have been practicing for over 10 years and over 35 years in Life Coaching. I help adults who are between the ages of 25-75 that are struggling with chronic illnesses, Stress, life challenges. Clients will reflect on challenging situations and learn new coping skills to help them with their life's journey in difficulty times.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with young adults and older adults for the past 35+ years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with adults who are 25 and up years of age who are experiencing challenges that are keeping them from moving forward. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life moving forward.
