I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing for 12 years and have life experience, in the transitions we all sustain, such as dating, marriage, careers, having children, family issues, trauma, illness, chronic pain etc. I specialize in managing the stressors of life, past traumas, and how this effects relationships. My passion is the support and management of great mental health for adults of all ages.
Client's upon their first session, can expect a warm compassionate start to therapy. We will explore what brings them to counseling and determine where they are and where they want to be. I would like to discuss any concerns or questions any client has in beginning therapy, and discuss how a personal treatment plan will be developed in collaboration with the client for measurable marks of improvements.
