About me

I am an AZ Licensed Professional Counselor and have a M.A. in Professional Counseling. I am in process of getting my doctorate in behavioral health and am a Reproductive Mental Health Specialist. The core of my practice revolves around lessening the intense symptoms of perinatal/postpartum, infertility, miscarriage, perimenopause and menopause. However I also specialize in anxiety and depression which many are struggling with during this hard time.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is the "getting to know you" session. I'll be gathering some history, seeing what you are experiencing and why you reached out for therapy. We can establish goals and answer any questions you may have. I try to make it as relaxed and supportive as possible. If you feel we are not a good fit, there is no pressure to continue.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have personal experience with perinatal mental health and understand it on a deep level. I have 10 years of experience working with women in this area. I try diligently to meet you where your at and work from there. We will make progress towards your goals while making sure you feel heard and validated at the same time. Making you feel like you again is always a priority. If you're ready to feel supported through this season of life, I'd be honored to walk alongside you

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is in the perinatal population, fertility issues, miscarriage, pregnant, postpartum up to age 3 of child. Anything in the reproductive stage in a woman's life. They could be experiencing postpartum, depression, anxiety, new parenting issues, difficulty life transition, struggles with partner, self esteem, identify issues with this transition. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This is a very practical, structured approach — we won't just talk about the past, we'll focus on what's happening now and give you concrete tools you can use between sessions. A lot of my clients find it helpful because there's always something tangible to take home
