Hi, I'm a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Approved Supervisor (LPC-S) in the State of Texas. I received my Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and have been practicing for 8 years. I'm certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I help patients who are facing various emotional challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, career transitions, and life adjustments. I offer guidance, empathy, and evidence-based techniques to help navigate life's difficulties, overcome obstacles and help reach your own personal goals.
Our first session together is a foundational step in the therapeutic process, where we will establish a safe and supportive environment. This session will assist us in being able to gather information, set goals, and lay the groundwork for a collaborative alliance.
My strengths consist of creating a space where my patients feel heard, understood, and accepted. This safe environment allows my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment, leading to deeper self-awareness and growth.
I enjoy working with patients who are motivated, open to self-exploration, and committed to their own healing journey. My patients inspired not to face challenges alone, rather value collaboration in order to achieve goals together.
