(she/her)
Hi, I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S), and I’ve been working with clients for over 10 years who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted and not sure where to start. I earned my Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. I’m also certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship struggles, career challenges, and major life transitions, especially when life feels like “too much” on the inside, even if you’re still managing on the outside. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk honestly without judgment or pressure. Together, we work to understand what’s keeping you stuck and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control again. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish because feeling understood in your own language matters. Ofrezco terapia en inglés y español porque sentirse comprendido(a) en tu propio idioma es importante.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know what’s been going on and what brought you to therapy. We’ll also talk about what you’d like to change and what support might look like for you. There’s no pressure, you don’t need to have everything figured out. We’ll just start where you are.
One of my strengths is helping people feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. In a safe, supportive space, you can talk openly about what you’re experiencing without fear of judgment. From there, we can better understand what’s going on and work toward meaningful growth.
I work best with clients who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained and are ready for things to feel different, even if they’re not exactly sure where to start. Many of my clients come in dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Some feel like they’ve been “holding it together” for a long time and need a space to finally slow down and process what’s really going on. If you’re open to exploring your thoughts and experiences and are looking for support, guidance, and practical tools to move forward, we’ll work together to help you get there.
